INVESTIGATECOMMUNICATE & EXPLORE
When children engage in I.C.E. time, they are investigating and exploring the world around them and communicating their findings through pictures, oral language, writing, and other medium. Children successfully learn through child-initiated play and structured play-based opportunities that encourage them to think creatively, explore, investigate, and solve problems, while engaging in the inquiry process and sharing their learning with others.
