Per the listing agreements Allegiance has with HUD, the following policy applies:

The listing broker, sub-contractors, contractors, agents, relatives and affiliated persons or

entities shall not purchase (directly, indirectly or through an interest in a partnership,

corporation, joint venture, or other entity) any property owned by HUD or managed by

Hometelos.

Staff Spotlight: Thomasine Todd, Associate Service Administrator

Thomasine Todd joined RE/MAX Allegiance in 2004 as a receptionist in the Capitol Hill office.

As the responsibilities and duties of the job evolved into the position of Associate Service

Administrator, Thomasine has met all of the challenges of the job.

Thomasine’s previous experience has been in the field of banking. She has held positions of

Head Teller and Senior Teller in banks around the Washington D.C. area.

Thomasine has lived in Washington D.C. for all of her adult life and has two daughters, ages

30 and 21 and a grandson, age 9.
