PrayerA new year brings about the opportunityto focus on our spiritual health and wherewe want to grow and transform.Chaparral is hosting two classes focusedspecifically on prayer this spring.
1. Pathfinders Sunday School classmeets in the North Room at 10:30 a.m.Throughout the year, we will take sometime to study and implement IntercessoryPrayer into our daily lives. Currently weare looking at scripture, learning from thegreat intercessors of Jesus, Abraham,Moses, and Paul.
2. A Women's Study on prayer will beginFebruary 25 on Wednesday mornings at9:30 led by SharonHostetler and SaraPerrine. Join us aswe begin this in-depth study throughthe Lenten season.

BasketsIn anticipation ofthe celebration ofthe resurrection ofJesus, we would
like to extend our gaze outwardtoward our community. Chaparralwill be providing Easter baskets forchildren in the foster care system
through Christian Family CareAgency. Items needed include:Empty or filled Easter baskets, Eastergrass, toys, Bibles and candy.Collection bins will be in the Lobbyof the Worship Center February 8, 15and 22. A volunteer is needed todeliver the collected items to CFCAon Monday, February 23. Pleasecontact Sharon Hostetler at theChurch office or [email protected] for
