Realtor Political Survival Initiative

NAR directors passed this proposal last Saturday at the Mid Year meetings. Dues will

increase by $40 per year for the next two years with the additional revenue going to

combat Congressional and regulatory proposals that would harm our industry.

Qualified Residential Mortgages (QRM)

Could your clients afford a 20% down payment? Could you? Can you envision what your

prospective client pool will look like if new regulations governing Qualified Residential

Mortgages (QRM) take effect this year?

You should have received, via email from me yesterday, a NAR Call for Action regarding this

issue. Please take one minute to hit the send button contained in that email to tell Congress

about the harmful effects of QRM.

Franconia Renovation

Except for a few punch list items the Franconia office renovations are complete and the re-

grand opening was held last night. Pictures of the event may be found on

facebook.com/remaxallegiance in a few days. The next office to be renovated will be Dale

City and that project will commence shortly.
