Consider using coasters and triv-ets under glasses and hot pans. Clean upspills as quickly as possible. Do not useharsh cleaning products on natural stone –instead, choose a gentle cleanser and a softcloth.

It’s been used for centuries as abuilding material; while it can change in ap-pearance over time, most styles age verygracefully.”
