shutdown on 7 Nov @ 0620H.

IP drum level 2 of 3 fault, check at the ES and found CL001 @ 432mm, CL002 @ 338 &

CL003 @ 570 mm level.venting of impulse lines of CL001 and CL002 was done, CL003 has a correct

Excessive air leak at breather of solenoid valve.

5/2 way valve was replaced, no more leak on the breather. (mike/rolly/tawin) 7 Nov15

Valve cannot be reset/opened even if the water sample temperature is way below limit

of 50 deg C.

Oil leak observed from 00SCA11AT002, set air compressor to last priority.

(Leak at outlet oil sep receiver conn. fittings of braided hose). See attached photo.

Valve stuck up. Failed to open and close command as found during C&I

troubleshooting.

[50 - Equipment Fault] 50PCB11AP001 pump casing vent valve is passing.

replaced with new spare valve w/locking device. done. FN can be closed `11/06/2015 -- Oel

Anion exchanger outlet water conductivity transmitter is giving incorrect value/reading of

1.584 uS/cm compared to portable conductivity meter of 0.06 uS/cm. Suspected transmitter is out of calibration.Reoccouring

fault.

Tank vent valve SENS FLT due to 50MBP40CG501H feedback open not

achieved.The proximity switch was damaged/broken. Replacement done and function

test. FN can be closed. 6Nov15

The valve position indication in the flight recorder was found fluctuating. This is an

indication of defective baluff position transmitter.

No sparks on burner igniter # 13 as reported by Electrical Dept. during ignition test.
