Double Layers of Building Protection with Advanced Nano-Cell® Technology!

The preferred system for daylighting, Quadwall® is an assembly of two Pentaglas® Nano-Cell® panels containing a total of seven isolated air spaces. Nano-Cell® technology provides precision engineered extruded Pentaglas® panels with internal honeycomb cell size smaller than 0.18”, for unequaled longevity and daylighting performance.

The design of two independent layers empowers users with increased control over light, solar transmittance, colors and insulation levels. The two independent layers of Pentaglas® glazing also provide redundant protection of the covered space. The patented standing seam connector allows the efficient addition or replacement of a second exterior layer of glazing at marginal cost.

The longevity of the building envelope can be extended indefinitely by replacing only the exterior glazing panels, without exposing the building’s interior. The interior glazing panel remains intact for the life of the building

envelope. In comparison, replacing an exterior layer on other glazing panel systems would require intensive replacement of the entire panel system, which would interrupt the building’s function and create significant extra expense.
