Working in domestic properties and commercial environments means we have the right screed solution for any new floor. From quick drying mix designs and thin section screeds, to products designed for high rise buildings and those with wooden floors. We install both liquid screed and traditional sand and cement floors, including overlays.

Our screeding services are fast and effective, but we won’t leave site until we have thoroughly cleaned up and you are completely satisfied. Once your new screed is dry, you can access a wealth of downloadable information from our website to help you or your flooring installer to prepare the surface for your chosen floor finish.

HOW DO WE INSTALL UNDERFLOOR HEATING?

In just 24-48 hours, your screed is dry enough to walk on, so your project can continue.

Clean the concrete slab and install a 1200-gauge damp proof membrane to prevent moisture rising into the screed

Carefully position the underfloor heating pipework and clip into position

Lay high quality insulation board, chosen to enhance the performance of the building and minimise heat loss

Market leading Hilti laser technology determines the correct screed depth for each area

Secure perimeter edging strip around the edge of the room to allow for expansion, then cover with a 500 gauge slip membrane.
