Abstract: Since China's reform and opening up, after 20 years of rapid development, we have established

economic and Technical Development Zone, high-tech industry development zones, special economic zone, the

border economic cooperation zone, the bonded area, tourism holiday zone, export processing zones, different levels

and different types of development zones, and achieved great economic and social benefits. Platform enterprise for

development zone refers to the specialized enterprises set up by government to manage the zone, it is the mainly body

of manage and construct development zone. This paper mainly discusses the platform enterprise of high-tech zone and

economic Technological Development zone, and gives the analysis and evaluation for its nancing conditions and credit

rating.
