500+ Pepsi Bottling Group – EA performed multimedia compliance audits of more than 35 separate facilities over a 10-month period.

Air Programs 500+ Armed Forces Retirement Home – Developed Clean Air Act Title V operating permit for this facility in DC. Negotiated simplified permit conditions during permit renewal, reducing compliance burden on client. Developed air emissions tracking and calculation tools, and prepare Annual Emissions Statements, Annual Title V Permit Compliance Certifications, and Semi-annual Title V Deviation Reports.

Stormwater Plans and Permits

100+ Air Force Reserve Installations—Completed Comprehensive Site Compliance Evaluations and developed SWPPPs for 11 reserve bases in PA, NY, OH, MN, IN, CA, FL, and WI.

UST/AST 400+ Maryland State Highway Administration—EA developed and is currently managing SHA’s UST program. Developed a comprehensive inventory and action plan, and performed initial inspections at 40 facilities. Currently managing UST upgrades, replacements, and repairs for SHA’s western region.

Hazardous Materials Management

100+ Ohio Army National Guard—Completing update of comprehensive Hazardous Waste Management Plan for Camp Perry, a 640-acre training facility in Ohio.

SPCC, Contingency, Facility Response Plans

200+ US Army Reserve Command—Prepared site-specific Pollution Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans for 43 bases and updated 2. Each plan addressed general prevention and response of potential oil and hazardous substances spills and included general facility information, detailed material, equipment, and facility inventory, description of deficiencies at each site, and corresponding corrective actions and contingency plans.

100+ Naval Station Newport, RI—EA prepared a Pollution Prevention Plan update in accordance with Naval Facilities Engineering Service Center User’s Guide UG-2046-ENV Guidance Manual for Preparation of Navy Shore Installation Pollution Prevention Plan Updates, dated February 2001, for a 1,000-acre station supporting 30+ tenant Commands
