reviews and verifies the building services design and furnish the actual requirements of the project as per contract specifications, drawings and budget. We ensure that the specification and schedule of work for each project is Feasible to construct as per the local Authority regulations and standards. We also ensure compliance with the standards of highly recognized electromechanical Institutions and more importantly coordinate the MEP services with the buildings Structural elements, architectural and interior design. Thus shop drawings are produced and forwarded to the construction team who In turn execute the installations accordingly.
