Solution: They outfit all truck drivers with an iPhone and instruct them to capture and upload all delivery receipts as soon as they are signed.

The drivers are trained to make sure that the signature and delivery receipt number are legible before uploading directly to Taskmaster for immediate processing.

A few simple steps:

2. Select Create Photo to take a photo of document

2a. Select Add Other File to add email or attachment

3. View photo to make sure that delivery receipt and signature are clearly visible

4. Use keyboard to name image

5. Upload image to Taskmaster Web Server or direct to IBM Repository for processing

6. Receive confirmation that batch was uploaded to Taskmaster
