1. The club president is the chief executive officer of the club
2. The club president presides at all meetings of the club and board of directors
3. Preparing and following an agenda as well as using parliamentary procedure will ensure the meetings run smoothly and productively

1. Attend all Zone meetings
2. Attend District Cabinet meetings and the District Convention
3. Be a good communicator—with your club members, zone chair, district governor—and keep yourself informed
