Description Mid-19th C. (1877) 2 storey brick gable roofed residential building in the Gothic Revival style, gable end to the street, with a large gable end block with a recessed block to the south. The main block has two bays: the southern bay with the main entrance flanked by a gable roofed bay window, within which are 2/2 curved top windows in each face, Two similar windows are in the gable end above. The recessed block has an offset door to the north flanked by another 2/2 window, both under a shed-roofed porch, with another 2/2 window in the wall above, under a roof gable. A frame gable roofed two bay garage is located to the rear on the north side. (1895) 21/2 storey frame gable roofed residential building in the Queen Anne style, with a projecting bay to the south, gable end to the street, with a main block having an engaged tower on the northeast corner. The projecting bay has a 1/1 window in the first storey with a similar window above, beyond which is a shallow balcony/porch held on wooden brackets and support posts connected to the underside of the projecting gable end above, in which is a square window. The main block has the main entrance at the join with the projecting bay recessed under a wrap around shed gable roofed verandah, with 1/1 windows next to the door and above and in each of the facets of the engaged tower (there is also a projecting bay on the north face of the main block). The tower has a conical roof and projecting storey engaged in the main block roof, and smaller windows in each face. The house is located on a large lo with a gable roof frame garage behind. The main block has a central entranceway with glazed top and side lights under a slightly projecting bracketed curving wooden lintel, flanked by 6/6 double windows in the first and second storeys, with a 3/3 double window above.
