intuitive and inforMed, waterloo street’s interiors are the result of extended Consideration as to how we oCCuPy, utilise and inhabit inner-City hoMes. the history of industrial Materials existent at the site
has insPired the use of ConteMPorary briCk, ConCrete and Metal in the final design, teMPered
by the PresenCe of tiMber eleMents and a nuanCed exPloration of textural details throughout. the
building’s Perforated exterior Creates a Patterned effeCt of diffused light within its interior sPaCes, reCording the day’s Passage through the subtle
