He stated “I thought after the emotional win the week before that we played pretty well. We ex- ecuted extremely well in the kicking game. We were concerned all week after the big win that we would somewhat have an emotional letdown, but I thought we were ready to play from the start I thought we did a lot of good things early. With this being our first district win, we knew it was a big deal. it is a district win, and something we can build on for next week”. One of the breakout players of the night was #10 Cade Kennemore making two of the most memorable touchdowns of the night. One of which was in the second half where after an interception he rushed over 50 yards to get the TD. He is defi- nitely one of the shining stars that makes up this team. Grider expressed, “Cade had another really good game. He’s the kind of guy that can change the game. He has the ability to take the game over. He’s a good player for us, and the good thing about him is that he’s a junior, so he still has another year with us. He’s had a really good season so far.
