Ed Zinnamon is the owner and principle broker of First Commercial Real Estate Services OKC. He has grown up in the multi family business with a family history of building, owning, and managing thousands of units.
Ed started out while in grade school helping the family with their apartments with cleaning, painting, pool cleaning, landscaping and later moved into on site management.
In 1989, Ed obtained his real estate license in Arkansas and quickly became known as an apartment guy. This led to him moving to Oklahoma City in 1997 and opening his own brokerage company in 1998. Since beginning his real estate career he has participated in over $350,000,000 in multi family transactions.
Ed has also been a partner in a local property management company that at one time was managing over 600 units with several different investors. These units ranged from single family and duplex's up to units over 100 units.
Ed is also a partner / owner of Millionaire Possibilities, one of the largest attended Real Estate Investor Clubs in this part of the country.
Ed also owns Ed Zinnamon Real Estate Services, offering coaching, consulting, asset management and teaches several times a year class’s on multi family investing, such as “how to analyze apartments” and “Multifamily Wealth Workshop”
