The Picture is lined up so that everything is matched up to a line. the eyes are usually on the top line directly. Also the finger is on the far left line in the middle sections. Another point is that the nose is directly in the middle of the page where both middle points intersect. Also there is a gird around the outside that makes the ʻ You” ʻ fir in and makes sure it doesn't get cut off with resizing.
