Two games will be played each week, usually on Tuesday and Friday afternoons. The old rivals, Narbonne and Torrance, were pitted In the first game of the season. Tomorrow the Var- sity plays San Pedro. The guards arc Bill Dletlln and Jim Crawford. Bill Is the only returning letterman, and Jim comes up from the strong Bee squad of last season. In the forward berths arc Bill Stanley and Dan Moon, Bill having served two years on the Bee squad, and Dan being strong In dropping them In. Although Pete Dodos .Is small of stature, he really moves around, dropping them In from all over the court. Pete was one of last year's stars. Another guard Is Ralph (Dribble Ing) Pegors, who has seen two years' action on the Bee team.
