� Testing Time: 2 hours and 45 minutes (about 3 ½ hours total)
� The PSAT/NMSQT Measures: � Critical reading, mathematical reasoning, and writing skills that are important for success in
college; accumulative knowledge and skills; ability to reason � Reading: 47 questions � Writing/Language: 44 questions � Math – no calculator: 17 questions � Math – calculator: 31 questions
� Scoring: � Scale of 320–1520 � Correct answer= 1 point � Omitted question = no points � Wrong answers = no points lost
