What you will learn:

This session will provide an overview of how the Rulestream technology, a

powerful product configurator integrated with Solid Edge, can help companies

increase overall responsiveness, accuracy, and profitability of their ETO

processes.

You will learn how:

• The sales organization will be able to rapidly generate accurate and compelling

proposals that include: 3D product visualizations, native Solid Edge quotation

drawings and detailed technical specification documents. Companies will improve

win rates, bid rates, provide greater margin security, and see improved customer

satisfaction.

• After the order is placed, the engineering organization will be able to more quickly

and accurately execute engineering processes by automating native Solid Edge

design models and drawings. Companies will improve lead times, eliminate errors,

improve quality, and reduce liquidated damages.

About: Jason Runnels

Jason Runnels

Product Manager

Siemens PLM Software

Jason Runnels is a member of the Chief Technology Office at Siemens PLM

Software. He is a product manager for the Rulestream Engineer-to-Order

product and is responsible for its new Solid Edge integration. The most recent

10+ years of his career have been focused on providing automation solutions for

custom product manufacturers. In his spare time he has become quite a Rubik's

Cube enthusiast.
