Citi’s Military Officer Leadership Program

(MOLP) is a dedicated development

effort within NA Consumer O&T to identify

and support military veteran employees that

have high potential for future leadership roles

through rotational assignments, mentorship

and deep immersion in the function.

Citi Salutes: Realizing Your Dream

is committed to fostering veteran

entrepreneurship in America. Working

closely with leading nonprofits and public

agencies, we offer tools, resources and

strong networks of support for veterans

and their families to become successful

business owners.

VETERANS ON WALL STREET

Veterans on Wall Street (VOWS) is an

initiative dedicated to honoring former

military personnel and employees currently

in the National Guard and Reserve by

facilitating career and business opportunities

in the financial services industry. Citi is a

founding member of VOWS, and in addition

to an annual hiring fair and conference,

the VOWS dinners have raised a total of

nearly $4 million to benefit veterans

service organizations.

HEROES GET HIRED

Heroes Get Hired is a resource for veterans

during the transition from military service

to civilian employment, providing advice

for veterans on how to use their military

experience to excel at the interview process.

This free e-book features contributions from

the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America

(IAVA) and the Military Spouse Corporate

Career Network (MSCCN).

CLEARPOINT RECONNECT

ClearPoint Reconnect provides education

and counseling to veterans to help meet

their personal financial goals. This free

online financial education and counseling

program is specifically designed to help

resolve financial difficulties and build
