• to reach an agreement between the MCSP and the client on the services to be provided
Outcome:
• legally binding agreement between MCSP and the client, specifying services, deliverables, rights and obligations of the parties

Purpose:
to deliver what was agreed in the offering phase

• services and deliverables
• recommendations and approach for the future
• ongoing evaluation and improvement
Closure
Purpose:
to achieve an orderly end to the assignment
