3. NORMATIVA TÉCNICA

ANTES DEL MONTAJE

Les damos la bienvenida a nuestro “Rincón delDecorador”. Aquí podrán encontrar la siguienteinformación:

•Normas para la construcción y la decoración de los stands.

•Paraaquellosexpositoresquedispongandeunstandpropioogestionenlaconstrucciónydecoracióndesuespacioconundecorador,noscomplacefacilitarleslasiguienteinformación:

-InformaciónsobrePuntosdeamarreparaelementosaéreos,queincluyelossiguientesapartados:1. - Carta Presentación 2. - Guía del decorador(Anexo) 3. - Solicitud de contratación

•Lesrecordamosquelafirmaexpositoraquepreciseadelantarladecoracióndesustand,antesdelperiodo oficial establecido, deberá comunicarlo a Feria de Zaragoza con un mínimo de 30 días de antelación a la inauguración del Certamen, con el fin de obtener el correspondiente permiso, siendo a cuenta del Expositor los gastos que se ocasionen por este motivo.

• Las solicitudes de los servicios que pudieran precisar para elmontaje de su stand, como agua,electricidad, limpieza, boceto del stand, etc., deberán ser enviadas como mínimo 20 días antes de la apertura del certamen. Fuera de este plazo, cualquier solicitud de servicio tendrá un recargo del 20%.

DURANTE EL MONTAJE

•Fechasyhorarios:del14al17demarzo,de8.30a20.00horasy18demarzo,de8.30a18.00horas.

•Elaccesodelosvehículossepermitirádurantetodoslosdíasdelmontajede8.30h.a20.00h.exceptoel último día de montaje, que será hasta las 18.00 h.

•Nadiepodrápermanecerdentrodelrecintoapartirdelas20.00h.

•Duranteelmontajedelstand,elmaterialdeberápermanecer,concaráctergeneral,dentrodeloslímitesdel espacio del mismo, dejando limpios pasillos y zonas comunes.

•Rogamos tenganen cuenta, la siguiente informaciónen cumplimientode la legislación vigente enmateria de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.

DESMONTAJE

• Fechas y horarios: 22 demarzo, de 20.00 a 22.00 horas y del 23 al 25 demarzo, de 8.30 a18.00horas.

•Paraprocederalaretiradademercancíasseráindispensablepresentarla“autorizacióndesalida”facilitada por el Dpto. de Administración, que hará entrega de este documento, antes de finalizar el Certamen, tras la liquidación de todas las cuentas pendientes.

•FinalizadoelCertamen,elExpositorodecoradordeberáretirartodoslosmaterialesqueintegranla decoración del stand, dejando las instalaciones de la Feria en el mismo estado en que las encontraron, dentro del plazo estipulado. En cualquier caso, el Expositor o decorador está obligado a retirar los residuos de carácter tóxico o peligroso y aquellos que necesiten de un reciclado reglamentado o controlado.

• Una vez terminado el plazo de desmontaje, Feria de Zaragoza procederá a la retirada yalmacenamiento de materiales que permanezcan en los stands, siendo a cargo del expositor los gastos que se ocasionen.

NORMAS

1. Únicamente podrá ser Patrocinador aquella empresa que participe como Expositor directo en FIGAN 2013.

2. El documento de solicitud de Patrocinio constituye únicamente una petición, que tendrá que ser confirmada por Feria de Zaragoza,

mediante la devolución de dicho documento debidamente firmado y sellado.

3. En caso de concurrencia de más de un demandante para un mismo producto patrocinable, Feria de Zaragoza se reserva la potestad

para tomar la decisión final de elegir al patrocinador.

4. La empresa patrocinadora será la responsable de enviar el material necesario dentro del plazo que se indique, no haciéndose Feria

de Zaragoza responsable de los incidentes, costos y perjuicios ocasionados por la demora.

5.Unavezrecibidoelmaterialnecesario,FeriadeZaragozaseráresponsabledelarealización,montajeydesmontajedel“producto”

The Exhibitor firm is responsible for paying for all applicable expenses.

•Allrequestsfortheservicesthatyourstandmayrequire(suchaswater,electricity,cleaning,standsketch,etc.)mustbesentatleast20daysbeforetheeventopens.Beyondthisperiod,anyrequestfor service will include a 20% surcharge.

DISASSEMBLY

In any case, the exhibitor or the decorator is mandatory to remove toxic and dangerous waste and those needing a recycling regulated or controlled.

REGULATION

1. Sponsorship may only be carried out by participating as exhibitor in FIGAN 2013.

2. The Sponsorship Application Form is merely a request, which is to be confirmed by Feria de Zaragoza by its return, duly signed and

stamped.

3.Intheeventoftherebeingmorethanoneapplicantforthesamesponsoredproduct,FeriadeZaragozawillhavethepowertotake

the final decision as to the choice of the sponsor.

4. The sponsoring company shall be responsible for sending the necessary material within the period of time indicated. Feria de

Zaragoza shall not be responsible for any accident, costs or damages caused by delay.

5. Once the necessary material has been received, Feria de Zaragoza shall be the responsible for carrying out, assembly and disassembly

the“product”objectofthesponsorship.

6.Intheeventofthe“OutdoorSpaces”,theresponsibleforassemblyanddisassemblyshallbethesponsoringcompany.

7.Thesponsoringcompanyundertakestoenclosethepaymentforthefirst50%oftheamountofthesponsorshipwhensendingtous

la restituzione del citato modulo opportunamente firmato e timbrato.

3.Nelcasodicoincidenzadipiùrichiedentiperunstessoprodottodasponsorizzare,FeriadeZaragozasireservalafacoltàdiassumere

la decisione finale della scelta dello sponsor.

4.Ladittasponsorizzatricesaràresponsabiledell’inviodelmaterialenecessarioentroiltermineindicato,nonessendoFeriadeZaragoza

responsabile di incidenti, costi e danni causati per il ritardo.
