“I had been working withproperties around the country in a financial sup-port capacity for several years, but I finally real-ized I wanted something more hands-on,” Chris recalls. “Propertymanagement had always seemed like such an exciting profession.Joining 191 North Wacker’s Management Team represented anamazing opportunity to work directly with tenants and play asmall role in ensuring their continued success.”

tation of services provided by outside vendors, and manages adiverse range of projects – including budgeting and month-end financial reporting.
“It didn’t take very long for me to develop a personal attach-ment to this building. I enjoy experiencing first-hand how our
tenants benefit from the work wedo,” Chris explains. “That’s notsomething that happened veryoften when I worked almost exclu-sively with spreadsheets.”
Originally from Bloomington, IL, Chris earned her Bachelor’sDegree in Accounting from the University of Mississippi, whereshe also minored in Real Estate. She then completed herMaster’s in Accounting from Mississippi State University.
Chris is an avid runner who has participated in several half-marathons. She and her husband, Robert, are self-professed “food-ies” who enjoy dining at new restaurants. They also enjoy travel-ing: Europe was the most recent destination on their itinerary.
