China Mood serves authentic Chinese cuisine and has claimed its position as one of the top Asian restaurants in Oman. Visitors can enjoy brunch with an Asian twist and bring an exotic touch to the weekend. Hong-Kong native chef Lau and his team have introduced a tantalizing new Saturday Brunch. The buffet features signature dishes by chef Lau including exquisite spring rolls, delicious dumplings and a selection of dim sums showcasing the most refined, treasured flavours in Chinese cuisine. Brunch is paired with an ample selection of juices and mocktails, as well as soft drinks. The prices are RO 25 plus per person which includes buffet brunch and soft drinks and RO 39 plus taxes per person, includes selected spirits. At China Mood, Chef Lau presents his very own philosophy of Chinese cuisine combining skills, passion and tradition, to offer the most refined, treasured flavors in Chinese cuisine. There are eight main cuisines with special style of dishes from each region, Szechwan and Cantonese cuisines are the most popular and well known throughout the world.
