( I) The cost or each item should not exceed MRP and should be quoted indcrendentl) 111 the prescribed bid document.

(2) Rate quoted should be inclus ive of all taxes and installation charges, if' any.

(3) The valid ity or the rates for all items wi ll be for financial year 2018-201 9 (may be ntcnded urto June 2019, if required)

(4) o request to enhance the rates will considered during this period 111 case the emranelled vendor/agency reruse to supply the items with in prescribed time.

(5 ) The bidder may attach experience of performance at least 03 si milar worb. "ith Covt. Dept/Organisation/PS Us etc for an amount or Rs 05 Lakh in each year.

(6) The bidder should submit the Income Tax return and self attested copies or Trade licence. CS I registrat ion and PA N.

(7) Artic les not found as per requirement/spec ificati ons arc liable to be re,i ccted. \Jo corn.:spondence or di scussion sha ll-be entertained in th is regard .

(8) Quotation with overwriting or any .manual correcti ons will be considered inva li d and rc,iectcd.
