Eligibility
• Students who are expected to complete their 3 years / 6 semester diploma course (full-time) after SSC or equivalent / HSC examination.
• Students expecting to qualify their diploma by 30th June 2015
• Should qualify their diploma in first attempt with a minimum aggregate of 60%
• Diploma after graduation in Science/Arts & sandwich course are not eligible

Indian (Foreign nationals are not eligible)
Age
Born between 1-7-1993 and 30-6-1997, both days inclusive
Physical Standards
Minimum Height: 155 cm
Minimum Weight: 45 kg
Vision: If wearing glasses,the power should be less than ±5.0 dioptres
Selection Process
Non-verbal reasoning followed by a personal interview for candidates who clear the test
Final selection will be subject to medical fitness
Compensation
CTC upon absorption after successful completion of 12 months of training period will be around `3.5 lakhs per annum at project sites and CTC during training period will be around `1.8 lakhs per annum at project sites
