3. Review and discussion of a request by Carole Heine to serve alcohol at the annual ‘National Clustered Spires High Wheel Race’ at City Hall Park on Saturday, August 13, 2016.

4. Review and discussion of a request by The Frederick Festival of the Arts for their annual event to be at the Carroll Creek Urban Park on Saturday and Sunday, June 4 & 5, 2016 for the following:

a. Serve beer/wine;b. Waiver of park rental fees.

5. Review and discussion of two (2) requests from Celebrate Frederick for the Candlelight House Tour ‘Hospitality House’ at the William R. Talley Recreation Center Gymnasium on Saturday & Sunday, December 3 & 4, 2016, as follows:

a. Serve beer/wine;b. Waiver of park rental fees.
