District 1

District 1 consists of the following:

The entire City of Muskegon Heights

The northeast corner of the City of Norton Shores lying northerly of the extension easterly of

Norton Avenue, east of Getty Street, South of Sherman Boulevard and west of US-31 Highway.

The south / southeastern portion of the City of Muskegon bounded on the west, north and east

starting from the southwest corner as follows:

Starting at the intersection of Commerce St and Keating Ave, then north along

Commerce to Holbrook Ave. Then west along Holbrook Ave to 6th St. Then north along

6th street to Southern Ave. Then east along Southern Ave to Hoyt St. Then south along

Hoyt St. to Forest Ave. Then east along Forest Ave and extensions thereof to Creston

St. Then south along Creston St. and including the singular census block within the City

of Muskegon lying east of Creston St. to Laketon Ave. Then west along Laketon Ave. to

a point east of Roberts Street, being the boundary of the City of Muskegon. Then

following along the boundary of the City of Muskegon and Muskegon Townships to

include the entire southeast corner of the City of Muskegon.

District 2 consists of the following:

The entire City of Roosevelt Park

The City of Norton Shores lying east of the City of Roosevelt Park and west of the City ofMuskegon Heights and north of Norton Ave.

The City of Norton Shores lying east of Lincoln St. and north of Norton Ave.

The City of Muskegon lying westerly of the following line:

Starting at the City of Muskegon Boundary at Glade St. and Sherman Blvd. Then north

along Glade St. to Hackley Ave. Then east along Hackley Ave to Park St. Then north

along Park St. to just north of Keating Ave. Then east along a line north of a parallel to

Keating Ave. to Commerce St. Then north along Commerce St. to Holbrook Ave. Then

west along Holbrook Ave. to 6th St. Then north along 6th St. to Southern Ave. Then

west along Southern Ave. to the southbound lanes of Shoreline Drive (Business 31).

Then heading north following along Shoreline Drive Southbound to Mart St. Then

northwesterly across Muskegon Lake to the point of ending of said boundary.
