he recent media attention on BPA and dental seal-
ants has given me a potentially big idea. Here goes:
I’m thinking this is a golden opportunity for me
to seize on the public’s concern and use these fears to re-brand
my practice as “West Michigan’s Only BPA-Free Dentist.”
You see, I’ve finally found a way to differentiate myself
among my peers. If all goes as planned, I’ll soon decimate my
competition in the dental marketplace. This is going to put
me way above everybody else in the mind of the public.
After all, the anti-plastic movement is gaining traction.
People don’t understand what BPA is, but they sure know they
don’t like it – especially if their kids are somehow involved.
I figure, “If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em.” So, hey, why not
take advantage of the public’s fear and capitalize on what it
can do for me?
Yes, I can’t wait to put up my new sign with its bright, bold
lettering stating “BPA-FREE DENTISTRY.” At last, everybody
will recognize that I’m the one dentist who’s truly concerned
about their overall health. The customers will be beating
down the door!
OK, OK . . . I’m just kidding (I hope you figured that out
already).
Now I’ll be serious. When I thumb through my current
Yellow Pages, listen to some of my colleagues’ advertisements
on the radio, or visit some websites, I see them employing
this very same kind of (highly dubious) marketing strategy.
Specifically, I’ve seen ads or websites touting “mercury-free
fillings.” Now, I don’t have to waste your time getting into
a debate about amalgam safety here. Approval from the
World Health Organization, National Institutes of Health and
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention should suffice.
Yes, advertising “BPA-free dentistry” may seem ridic-
ulous, but remember, advertising “mercury-free fillings”
seemed outlandish at one time, and now it flies completely
under the radar.
Our patients are not always going to place the most value
on what peer-reviewed research states. There is plenty of
misinformation out there that is far more accessible, thanks
to the internet. That’s why marketing that capitalizes on our
patient’s fears when it flies in the face of science is so bother-
some to me.
Patients will, however, listen to us.
Health care choices, including those in dentistry, should
be made between the health care provider and the patient. But
when health care providers participate in spreading misinfor-
mation to the masses, we become part of the problem. We are
clouding the debate for the rest of the profession.
Instead, we need to be a part of the solution. Providing our
patients with good science and guiding them in their decision-
making process is our duty as professionals.
So, before you copy my wonderful idea and list yourself
on the web as “West Michigan’s only BPA-free dentist,”
remember that we owe it to our profession and our patients
to represent the science and keep the debate honest, and that
remains true for all of our materials.

WEST MICHIGAN DISTRICT DENTAL SOCIETY | FALL ISSUE 2010 3
ver the course of the last two to three years, it is
safe to say that our dental practices have been
impacted in some way by the economic downturn.
Compounding the matter, when comparing the economic
climates throughout the United States, Michigan’s economic
downturn began at least one year prior to several other states
that started experiencing the same economic pressures. Thus,
making this “recession” and recovery (they say it’s recovering)
a slow and painful process for Michigan businesses. And the
dental business and other Michigan businesses are alike in this
climate. A recent “Economic Pulse Survey” was published by
the Michigan Business & Professional Association that reflects
the impact of the economy over this past year.* Staffing: Over
one-third of the association cut staff members versus one-
quarter will look to add staff in the upcoming year. Business
Health: Fifty percent of the members experienced a drop-off,
while 50% expect improvement in the next year. Significant
changes: Roughly 67% of members made significant changes
to combat the economic climate, including staff layoffs and
salary reductions, eliminated or modified healthcare insur-
ance, reduced hours of operation, cut expenses, renegotiated
loans with banks, and relocation to smaller working areas.
2011 forecast: Two-thirds of members are not planning
any additional changes. About 33% are planning additional
changes such as new markets (expand geography), more on-
line marketing, expanding service options, and investing in
new technology. The blame game: One in five members did
consider moving out of state, citing the government for their
reason to move. “The government puts on a show to bring
businesses to Michigan and does nothing for the businesses
Rough Economic TimesBy Dr. James C. Papp, WMDDS Editor
E D I T O R ’ S T H O U G H T S
that are here” was one quote from a member. Members not
yet optimistic: About 85% of the members said the economy
will remain stagnant or decline before getting better. Reasons
include high taxes (specifically the MBT and unemployment
taxes), customer slow pays, lack of state and federal funding,
consumer uncertainty, and state government issues.
With my own experience and speaking with dentists in
and out of the state of Michigan, this survey certainly speaks
for the dental community. Although history shows that these
economic downturns are cyclic, the pain still persists. The
“end” will come, but the challenge is when it will come. If you
have listened to our President of the United States, he has said
“the recession is over” ?? But, let’s keep on our toes. Having
the ability to adapt ensures survival and establishes a more
efficient, stronger dental practice – and service to our dental
patients in the end.

WEST MICHIGAN DISTRICT DENTAL SOCIETY | FALL ISSUE 20104
rand Rapids was the first city in the world to fluori-
date its water supply to prevent caries. The dedication
of the State of Michigan Historical Marker in front
of the old Grand Rapids Water Treatment Plant at 4:00pm on
September 30, 2010 honored that event. Much was involved
in planning, getting state approval, suggested wording, and
setup to make it become a reality. The committee consisted
of John Bouws, Jim Wieland, and Chase Klinesteker. John
provided great organizational leadership. He knows the
right people to contact and how to get things done. Jim has
worked on numerous fluoridation projects in the past and
made many contributions as well. Chase was part of the study
that began in 1945, and has a strong interest in the history
and promotion of water fluoridation. Elaine Fleming at the
West Michigan District Dental Society office was invaluable
at making arrangements for catering, nametags, planning,
etc., for the event. Ed DeVries owns the building and was
very cooperative. The water treatment building has been very
nicely remodeled to accommodate businesses and condos,
yet much of the plant equipment and its exterior have been
left intact.
The marker itself stands to the left of the entrance of the
“Filter Plant,” 1430 Monroe NW. The side facing the street
describes some history of water fluoridation and the study.
The other side refers to the history of the building, politics,
and clean drinking water in Grand Rapids. Over 75 people
attended the dedication, which lasted 32 minutes. John Bouws
gave the introduction. Then Joellen Thompson, Water Systems
Manager for the City of Grand Rapids, talked about the
history of water treatment in Grand Rapids and the health
benefits it brought to the city. Next, Jim Wieland spoke about
what the West Michigan District Dental Society has done to
promote water fluoridation and some fluoridation historical
facts. He mentioned and thanked many of those present
who had contributed to promoting water fluoridation over
the years. The Historical Marker was officially presented by
Thomas Truscott of the Michigan Historical Commission to
Ed DeVries who owns Clear Water Place, the former water
filtration plant. The wording on the marker was read so all
could appreciate its significance. Chase Klinesteker closed
with comments about his experience in the study, including
the exams and metal cans with bottles and wax for saliva
samples. His father, Dr. Russell E. Klinesteker, was President
of the West Michigan District Dental Society in 1944 and
played a big role in convincing the Grand Rapids City Council
to accept the study.
One theme emphasized throughout the dedication cere-
mony was that most people today have no idea of the serious-
ness of the caries problem that existed before fluoridation:
• In 1938, the US military required that only six touching
teeth were needed for acceptance into the service. Ten
percent of draftees could not meet those minimal require-
ments and were rejected. Loss of teeth because of caries
was the top reason for rejection. During the Second World
War, even those nominal requirements were lifted in order
to get enough personnel.
• Before fluoridation, 98% of the US population was affected
by dental decay. At two years of age, 40% of children had
two or more cavities. At six years of age, 80% of children
had an average of 14 cavities. At 55 years, one out of two
adults needed full dentures.
• In the 1930s, Dr. Bill VerMeullen of Grand Rapids reserved
Saturday mornings in his office just for teenagers so he
could remove all their teeth and provide them with full
dentures. Many had nothing but rotting stubs for teeth
and looked forward to a better appearance. He was always
booked solid.
After the ceremony, tours were given of Clear Water Place and
some elegant hors d’oeuvres were served, thanks to Katie’s
Cuisine. Many who were involved over the years in promot-
ing fluoridation were present, including Doug Mack, Cyril
Lixenberg, JoAnne Hodder, Mayor George Heartwell, Tom

Kochheiser, Bunny Bookwalter, Timothy Chester, and many
West Michigan District Dental Society members who have
been so helpful. Dental hygiene was well represented with
around 20 students from the GRCC program. Organizations
and entities included the MDA, City Manager’s office, City
Water Department, Grand Rapids Historical Society, Henry
Schein, Valley City Sign, GRCC, GRDHS, and GRDAS. Old
“Vote Your Support for the Fluoride Stamp” postcards were
handed out. Although we did not get a commemorative
stamp for the 50-year celebration of fluoridation, they served
as a reminder that the 75- and 100-year celebrations will be
coming up!
Many thanks to everyone involved who helped promote
fluoridation and make this a memorable event. May we all be
reminded how lucky we are to live in Grand Rapids and have
access to water fluoridation.

West Michigan, WLHT Team Up to Recognize Community Kids Submitted by Suzanne Port, D.D.S., M.S., Chair, WMDDS Public Relations Committee
efore you know it, listeners throughout West
Michigan will know of the dental society’s partner-
ship with radio station WLHT’s Community Kids
campaign. Kids that are doing great things in the community
will be highlighted each week by WLHT, and West Michigan
District Dental Society/Michigan Dental Association is the
sole sponsor of the campaign.
The committee, made up of Drs. Matthew Gietzen, Brian
Mulder and trustee Dr. Sam Bander, found the Community
Kids partnership to be a perfect match for revitalizing the
dental society’s public relations activities. The focus on kids
and moms is ideal for dentistry and will go a long way in driv-
ing home the message that it’s important to visit the dentist.
Since the promotion will run through the end of the school
year next May, it provides great continuity and repetition, with
coverage throughout all of the counties that comprise the
dental society. We know that moms are the primary decision
makers when it comes to dental and medical appointments –
the WLHT audience is 71 percent female, with 85 percent of
the females between the ages of 25 and 54.
We have teamed up with the Michigan Dental Association
to bring this campaign to West Michigan. The MDA’s match-
ing public relations funds will be utilized and, based upon
the allocation formula, the MDA will fund 75 percent of the
campaign cost.
Because of the high degree of MDA awareness by the
consumer, as a result of many years of the statewide public
education television campaigns, it was decided to capitalize
on this awareness and brand the campaign with the MDA
name and logo. After all, we are all members of the MDA. The
connection between WMMDS members and the MDA will
be made through the Community Kids radio promotional
announcements and on the website.
Throughout the campaign, 30 announcements will air each
week to encourage listeners to visit wlht.com to nominate
a “Community Kid.” The announcement concludes with,
“Brought to you by your local members of the Michigan
Dental Association.” A total of 1,140 announcements will air
now until the campaign ends next May.
As consumers receive the message through the radio and
website, you are encouraged to promote the Community Kids
campaign within your dental office. Included in this issue

for the dental assisting and dental hygiene programs.
Curriculum highlights for dental assisting include course
content updates and stepping out content for a new registered
dental assistant course. In the future we hope to offer a non-
traditional RDA program to CDA’s interested in becoming
an RDA.
Dental hygiene changes included integration of local anes-
thesia and nitrous sedation into the curriculum along with
course content updates.
Eaglesoft software was also purchased over the summer and
training for office personal completed. Faculty and students
will begin to work with the software during fall semester.
A digital panoramic machine was installed in the radiog-
raphy suite. With the Eaglesoft program, our department will
now have the ability to digitally forward panoramic radio-
graphs to local dental offices. Printing digital radiographs and
panoramic images is optional if preferred by a dental office.
We currently have a phosphor palate digital system that our
technology department is attempting to make operational
with our new computerized Eaglesoft software. Faculty will
review phosphor plate and sensor digital equipment and
technology during this academic year with plans to purchase
a new system during this academic year. GRCC graduates will
continue to receive training with radiographic film and digital
technologies.
Beginning this fall, students will learn to use intraoral
cameras chairside in the clinic. The new intraoral cameras will
integrate with Eaglesoft Software. The addition of the intraoral
cameras will integrate well as a patient education and teach-
ing tool.
In the next few weeks, I will send out surveys to the dental
hygiene class of 2009. If you hired one of our graduates, please
consider completing the employer survey that the GRCC
graduate provides. If you would like to complete a survey on
a recent graduate (within the last three years) please email
me at [email protected] and I can send you the survey link.
The survey is electronic and will only take a few minutes to
complete. Your input is valued. Your feedback on our dental
hygiene survey will be needed soon. Look for the dental assist-
ing survey in the spring of 2011.
I look forward to your input on the survey – your feedback
helps strengthen our program!

It’s come to our attention that the Academy of General
Dentistry does not accept continuing education credits
from ADA CERP Extended Approval Process providers
toward its educational award programs. Many of the
MDA’s local components, including West Michigan
District Dental Society, have chosen the EAP option to
grant continuing education credits. Several years ago,
the MDA began offering the EAP program as a service
to components. The ADA is working with the AGD to
change its policy so that in the future EAP credits will
count. In the meantime, since WMDDS has ADA CERP
EAP approval, we want to inform members that any
CE credit taken through WDDS will not be accepted
by the AGD toward a Fellowship or Mastership. We
will be applying for AGD provider status in addition
to ADA CERP and will keep members informed about
this issue.

first site in Cedar Springs, Marshall Molar, a.k.a. Ari Adler,
from Delta Dental, walked around the grounds, handing out
posters. Everyone liked him, except the littlest children who
were afraid of the giant molar tooth in a cowboy costume.
Delta Dental donated coloring books, posters, playing cards
(teeth game), and Marshall Molar’s time.
GRDHS thanks Dr. Amy DeYoung, who donated the

be back next summer to rock the parks with Maranda!
It’s All About the Kids!Submitted by JoAnne Hodder, RDH, BS
It’s all about the kids! Each summer thousands of kids watch other kids having fun
visiting amusement parks, water parks and festivals. They
know they’ll never be able to attend because their families
don’t have the money or the transportation to get to these
cool places. Hence, the birth of Park Parties, where we bring
the party to kids regardless of social and economic back-
grounds.
Since 1994 Maranda, WOOD TV8/WOTV 4 Children’s
television personality, has hosted free park parties around
West Michigan. The concept is simple, everyone’s invited,
and everything is FREE! Last summer 2010, 31,000 children
and families attended the six Park Parties, enjoying an
afternoon of fun in their own neighborhood.
GRDHS rocked the parks with Maranda“We can do that!” Members of the Grand Rapids Dental
Hygienists’ Society joined Maranda at her Park Parties
in Cedar Springs Public School Complex, Lamar Park in
Wyoming, Barry County Expo Center in Hastings, and
Allegan County fairgrounds this past summer, giving away
4000 toothbrushes and 4080 tubes of toothpaste. These par-
ties take place in social and economic areas where it is needed
and will be appreciated the most. There are usually about 40
vendors, giving away ice cream, suckers, lunches, backpacks,
toys, books, games, etc.; some have inflatable’s, where kids
can jump around; some have games the kids can play or crafts
they can do. The kids liked the colorful toothbrushes (we let
them pick out their own color) and the small tubes of tooth-
paste. We also showed kids how to brush and floss their teeth,
letting them use a large, two dimensional wooden model of

Granholm Signs Budget Bills Restoring Adult Dental MedicaidGov. Jennifer Granholm on Sept. 30 signed a series of budget
bills, which include restoration of adult dental Medicaid.
Under the $14 billion Department of Community Health
budget, adult dental coverage has been restored along with
podiatry and vision care for Medicaid patients in Michigan.
Funding for the restoration of dental services – a key goal
of the MDA – was made possible thanks to federal stimulus
dollars. The stimulus money also allowed the state to avoid a
projected $50 million cut in mental health services and further
cuts in Medicaid reimbursement.
Since adult dental Medicaid services were eliminated last
year, the MDA has made restoration of funding a top prior-
ity. The MDA legislative team and MDA leaders have worked
closely with legislators to reinforce the importance of dental
care for adults as well as children. Rules from the Department
of Community Health will be forthcoming. Watch the MDA
Journal, MDA Journal eNews and MDA website for updates
when they become available: www.smilemichigan.com/professionals.
More DDS Program Volunteers NeededThe Michigan Donated Dental Services Program is seeking
volunteer dentists and laboratories to help it meet its goal of
providing more than $1 million in donated care each year.
The program assists Michigan residents who are elderly,
disabled, or medically at risk and who suffer from serious
dental problems. As a result of their age or disabilities, many
cannot work and depend on public assistance for their health
care. Medicare, however, does not provide dental benefits,
and Michigan’s Medicaid program eliminated dental benefits
to adults last year.
The Michigan Dental Association and the Foundation of
Dentistry for the Handicapped founded the DDS Program
in 1995. Delta Dental Plan of Michigan has also served as a
major partner and has donated office space, supplemental
funding, and other support services. Currently, two DDS
Program coordinators work in space donated by the MDA at
its Okemos headquarters. The program is funded through the
Michigan Department of Community Health.
Currently, 872 dentists serve as DDS volunteers; 450 in
southeastern Michigan and 422 in the rest of the state. In
addition, 213 dental laboratories donate many of the fabrica-
tions needed by patients.
But more volunteers are needed, especially in Detroit,
Jackson, Lansing, Howell, and Ypsilanti. Most dentists treat
just one person each year.

Actions of the 9.17.10 MDA Board MeetingBy Dr. Norm Palm, MDA Trustee
he MDA Board met at the MDA Headquarters
Building in Okemos on September 17. This meeting
followed our pre-caucus with the members of the
ADA Ninth District the day before. This pre-caucus was
held in Chicago with our Michigan delegation meeting the
Wisconsin delegation at the ADA building as a meeting site.
At this pre-caucus, the resolutions in place for ADA House
action are reviewed by the reference committee, allowing all
our delegates and alternates to hear background and opinion
on the resolutions received to date. At the ADA meeting in
Orlando in October we caucused again and agreed on posi-
tions that we will take as a district. Typically, new resolutions
are received and placed on the House docket between this
pre-caucus and the opening session of the House. This year’s
ADA House was a lively one, with resolutions on workforce
and financial oversight of the ADA taking a prominent role in
the attention of the House. Each Board meeting begins with a review of the strategic
plan initiatives by Executive Director Drew Eason. The staff stays keenly focused on the intent of the strategic plan as an overarching goal for Association activities. Most recently, at the June Board meeting, time was taken by the Board to update the strategic plan related to access to care issues.
Actions by the Board on the Consent Calendar included the nomination of Dr. Richard Jankowski to the MDA Foundation Board, the renewing of the Board’s special com-mittees for the 2011-2012 year, funding for a member rein-statement campaign by Com-Net, modification of the duties of the Finance Committee to include further audit functions, and a revision of the scope of the Special Committee on Access to Care. That these actions were on the Consent Calendar means they were adopted without dissent and as one
T
encompassing resolution. Special Committees are Board of Trustees committees and include employee benefits advisory, executive director evaluation, annual session, access to care, and peer review/care and well being. The Board saw fit to review its financial controls and audit mechanisms early this year. A consultant was used and our managerial controls reviewed by this outside source with the question being: Should the MDA have a separate audit committee? The recommendation accepted by the Board and adopted in the Board policy manual will specify that the Finance Committee will meet with auditors not less than annually, independent of staff, to review the adequacy of organizational financial controls and receive the auditor’s comments regarding any significant findings. Similarly, the Finance Committee of the MDA will meet with the auditors not less than annually to review the audits of MDAIFG, Dent-Pac, MDA Foundation, and MDA Group Insurance Trust.
A resolution was adopted allowing the MDA to partner with the Michigan State Medical Society regarding insurance payments to patients instead of the provider and time limits on insurers’ request for refunds on previously made payments. As we all know, patients may cash insurance checks and fail to pay their dentist for the covered service. Frequently, member dentists receive requests from an insurance company as late as a year after making payment on a claim stating that the pay-ment was in error and the dentist owes the insurance carrier a refund. A future decision on the advisability of legislation on these matters can be expected.
It appears that the Department of Natural Resources and Environment will be receiving a $270,000 grant from the EPA designated for payment to dentists for installing amalgam separators after an agreed upon future date. As you recall, MDA successfully sought legislation that was passed by the legislature exempting more stringent water treatment stan-dards on mercury than are achievable by amalgam separators. The separators on the market have been reviewed and two are endorsed by the MDA. The date of the grant funding and the application for grant monies will be announced shortly. The grant only applies to separators not yet in place in an office. Contact MDAIFG for more information on the endorsed separators.
MDAIFG has received initial word from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan that rate increases for 2011 in the aggre-gate could be as high as 16%. Anticipating this, IFG staff has
WEST MICHIGAN DISTRICT DENTAL SOCIETY | FALL ISSUE 2010 19
T R U S T E E R E P O R T
been arranging an informational tour of the state on mem-bers’ behalf to present strategies to minimize these anticipated rate increases. This past January, the MDA and IFG received nearly 5,000 calls about rate increases and coverages with our BCBS plan for members. New mandated coverages that begin in October of this year and are related to health care reform are part of the reason for the rate increases.
After reviewing the current market of collection ser-vices, MDAIFG has decided to drop its endorsement of I.C. Systems. In place, Trans World Services will be the new endorsed collection financial service firm. Trans World also provides services for accounts that have structured payments, offering you a new service to help speed your practice’s cash flow. MDAIFG continues to be one of the strongest state dental association subsidiaries of its type in the nation and is continuously searching for new ways to help member dentists be more successful in practice operations and add cash flow to the MDA, helping to reduce the dues you pay each year.
In legislation, House Bill 5614 will likely pass in the near
future. This bill will give oversight responsibilities to the Board of Dentistry for non-licensed individuals practicing dentistry. This will help manage the persistent problem of denturist activity in Michigan. The MDA has been aggressive in pursuing those that practice dentistry illegally in our state. Action and strategy on passing non-covered services legisla-tion continues at the MDA in association with our lobbyists.
I hope you had a chance to review the Access Report which was printed in its entirety in the August MDA Journal. The Michigan Access to Oral Health Care Work Group, which I chair, will continue to meet serving now as an implementa-tion group on the recommendations in that report. We will retain public Sector Consultants for the implementation work. To accommodate the Work Group members the scope of the Special Committee on Access to Care was modified at the Board’s behest.
Thanks for your attention to the information in this report. As always, if you have questions on anything related to MDA activities, feel free to contact me at [email protected].

he Rockford High School cafeteria was transformed
into a dental clinic on the early morning of August
6th. Formal football “two-a-day” practices were to
begin the following Monday and the players came up to the
school early this day to be fitted for mouthguards. Several
area dentist offices had volunteered to take the impressions
and fabricate the custom guards for the Ram players with the
assistance of Nancy and Dan Gitre of Heritage Dental Lab,
who donated their time and skills and Todd Mears of Benco
Dental who provided materials and supplies. Participants
included the offices of Drs. David Fischer, Gary Ruhlig, Chris
Smiley and orthodontist Tom Williams.
“Mouth guards are a mandated part of a player’s equip-
ment” noted Coach Ralph Munger, who was on hand to
supervise the clinic. “We appreciate the efforts of the local
dental community in making this happen.”
Also participating was former Ram and current Grand
Valley football standout Zach Breen. Zach hopes to attend
dental school once his playing days conclude and he was
invited by the dentists to help in the effort. “The mouthguards
we made for the Ram players are just like the ones we have at
the college level,” Breen observed. Players are more likely to
wear a custom guard because it fits comfortably and provides
better air exchange for breathing. Mouthguards are required
by the rules and protect teeth from injury, but people may
not be aware of the studies that show how custom fit guards
improve performance by limiting bio-feedback during stress
and exertion and most importantly, that they may reduce the
frequency and severity of concussions.
Head trauma and concussions are a primary concern in
contact sports like football. The protection these custom fit
mouth guards will provide the Ram players will hopefully
reduce the risk. “These mouth guards are awesome,” noted
Ram Assistant Head Coach Randy VanderVeen. “I only wish
we had these back when my son played, as he suffered two
concussions! Hopefully we won’t see that with our players
this year.”
You don’t have to be on the football field to benefit from a
mouthguard. New findings in sports dentistry show that even
in non-contact sports such as gymnastics, rollerblading and
field hockey, mouthguards help protect teeth. Many experts
recommend that a mouthguard be worn for any recreational
activity that poses a risk of injury to the mouth.

Jan,
I just wanted to follow up and let you know how much
Kelly and I enjoyed volunteering last Friday. Once we
got rolling it was a breeze. I’m sure it will get hectic from
time to time but we were able to do just fine despite
the somewhat limited resources. Assistant Jan was very
helpful. I mentioned we have a bunch of new drill burs
and some old handpieces (that need service) to bring
next time which leads me to my next question of when
we can come again to help on a Friday AM. Let me
know what is available and I will coordinate with Kelly
to see if she can help out again.
Thanks again for the opportunity to give back to
those who need it most!
God Bless!
