2 fields in the shown table have to filled out
Mandatory fields:
- Service-rate (market specific)
- Average sparepart costs
Additional information:
- Monthly warranty costs will be calculated: = PPM rate * VoP * (Service rate + sparepart costs)
- PPM rate (MiS24 prognosis) is based on the “Prognosis Timetable” in sheet “Scorecard (Overview)”
- The current service-rates can be found in the PMC_template in sheet “Intervention rate Country”
- The average sparepart costs is set to 30€ in general. This value can be replaced to due more detailed information.

Risk of product safety provides the following options:
-No risk
-Insurance case
-Danger of life and limp
Failure category (including some examples taken from the automotive sector):
-All requirements fulfilled: Appliances is not defective at all
-Excitement requirements endangered: Main functions of the appliances operate without faults. But e.g. (automotive) cigarette-lighter defective, audio-system: tape-deck defective, radio works
-Performance requirements partially endangered: Main functions of the appliances operate without faults. But e.g. (automotive) loose contact rear-window-wiper, car only has 75PS instead of 90PS
-Performance requirements endangered: Main functions of the appliances operate without faults. Bt e.g. (automotive) front-window-wiper without function, gearshift not working properly
-Basic requirements endangered: Car does not drive or breaking-system is defective

Prognosis Timetable – HLFC/LLFC
LLFC problems have to be grouped, HLFC problems are pregrouped
Mandatory fields:-Topic-MiS24 - ppm rate basis
Additional information:
This table has to be filled out with the current major problems (fields: Topic and PMC Number if existing). The according MiS24-rate which forms the basis, has to be written in field: MiS24 - ppm rate basis. Each line represents one problem. For HLFC scorecards there are predefined groupings (field: Group), in LLFC scorecards you are free to group the problems as necessary. How to group problems (LLFC) cannot be defined exemplarily. E.g. the sheets “Scorecard (Pareto Group)”, “Scorecard (Pareto part)” or the rawdata-files could be used one or another.
The sum of all single MiS24-rates must be equal to the overall basis MiS24-rate. In order to achieve this for LLFC scorecards, one problem has to be named “Others”.
Also the future situation (field: action) for each problem has to be described for every quarter of the current year and their effects on the MiS24-rate (field: Change of ppm-rate). The status (field: status) of the according action can be set “done”, “planned” or “risk”. “Planned” and “done” will reduce the MiS-rate, whereas the status “risk” will increase it of course.

You can switch between ppm-rates and activities:
And you can change the number of fields to be marked red by scrolling left or right. Maximum value is 50, as the table only contains 50 lines:
