(“MasterCraft”) warrants to the original retail purchaser that the following components of each new boat shall be free from material defects in materials and workmanship to the extent set forth below, under normal use and when oper- ated and maintained in accordance with MasterCraft’s instructions, for the period indicated: 2.1. Deck, Hull, Liner and Stringers. From the date of the original retail purchase, the deck, hull, liner and stringer system (collectively, “Structural Components”) is warranted for as long as the original purchaser owns the boat. 2.2. Gel Coat. On condition that the consumer has provided maintenance and care as described in the Corrosion and Cleaning the Boat sections of the MasterCraft Owner’s Manual, the gel coat, which is applied to all MasterCraft boats at the factory, will be warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original retail purchase of the boat or the initial use of the boat, whichever first occurs, for stress crazing of the gel coat. However, no warranty is provided, and MasterCraft expressly disclaims any warranty for, scratching, discoloration or fading of the gel coat because environmental operating conditions and customer maintenance/care are factors that have a significant effect on the condition and durability of the gel coat. 2.3. Other Component Parts (Excluding Engine and Transmission. 2. (b) marinecarpetingforfive(5)years; (c) upholsteryvinylmaterialforfive(5)years,plus

upholsterystitchingforone(1)year;and (d) fuel pump assembly for two (2) years provided

the customer follows maintenance and care re-quirements.

All other components (excluding engine andtransmission), including upholstery stitching,are warranted for a period of one (1) year. Allwarrantiesarefromthedateoftheoriginalretailpurchaseoftheboatortheinitialuseoftheboat,whicheverfirstoccurs.

2.4. Trailer and Trailer Component Parts. The brakecalipersarewarrantedforaperiodoftwo(2)years;allothercomponentsarewarrantedforaperiodofone(1)yearfromthedateoftheoriginalretailpurchaseof theboator the initialuseof theboat,whicheverfirstoccurs.SeetheTrailerOwner’sManualformoredetails.

2.5. WarrantyPeriod. AllexpresswarrantiesareforthetimeperiodsetforthinthisSection2,unlessalongerwarrantyperiodisrequiredbyapplicablelaw,inwhichcasesuchlongerwarrantyperiodwillapply.

3. EngineandTransmission.TheenginesusedinMasterCraftboatsaresuppliedbyIndmarProductsCompany, Inc., in Millington, Tennessee (“Indmar”); ILMORMARINE L.L.C., in Mooresville, NorthCarolina (“ILMORMARINE”); or Volkswagen Marine Engines in Tampa, Florida (“Volkswagen Ma-rine”).Thesecompaniesprovideaseparatewarrantyofthree(3)yearsfromthedateoftheoriginalretailpurchaseoftheboatortheinitialuseoftheboat,whicheverfirstoccurs,fortheengineandtrans-mission.AstatementoftheIndmarPowerTrainWarranty,ILMORMARINELimitedWarrantyortheVolkswagenMarineWarrantyisprovidedseparatelytotheoriginalretailpurchaser.MasterCraftpro-videsnoindependentwarrantywithregardtotheengineandtransmission;however,theownermaycontactMasterCraftattheaddressortelephonenumberlistedinSection7ofthisLimitedWarrantytoobtaincontactinformationformakingclaimsorinquiriesundertheapplicableenginemanufacturer’swarranty.ContactinformationforVolkswagenMarineisprovidedinthewarrantystatementprovidedatthetimeofpurchasetotheoriginalretailpurchaser.

4. WarrantyConditions,LimitationsandExclusions.MasterCraftboatsaremanufacturedbytrainedcraftspersonsfromhigh-qualitymaterialsandcomponents.However,conditionsoutsideMasterCraft’scontrolrequirespecificlimitationson,andexclusionsfrom,coverageunderthisLimitedWarranty.TheLimitedWarrantyontheStructuralComponentssetforthinSection2ofthisWarrantydoesnotcoverorincludeanyothercomponentsfastenedorappliedtothehullordeck.ThisLimitedWarrantyconsti-tutesthefinal,completeandexclusivestatementofwarrantyterms,andnootherpersonorentity isauthorizedtomakeanyotherwarrantiesorrepresentationsonbehalfofMasterCraft.Furthermore,theLimitedWarrantysetforthinSection2(includingallsubsections)hereofdoesnotcoverthefollowing:

(a) damagecausedbymisuse,negligence,accident;collisionorimpactwithanyobject; (b) damagecausedbyany improperalterationormodificationtotheboatoranyof itscompo-

nentpartsoraccessories,includingdamageresultingfromalteration,modification,repairorreplacementinsuchawayastoincreasethecubic-inchcapacityorhorsepoweroutputoftheengineandboatasoriginallymanufactured;

(c) damagecausedbytheuseofimproperorcontaminatedfuelorfluids; (d) damagecausedbytheuseofcustomer-appliedchemicalsoraccidentalspills; (e) damagecausedbyfailuretomaintaintheboatinaccordancewiththemaintenanceprovisions

intheOwner’sManualorimpropermaintenanceoftheboat; (f) damagecausedbythefailuretocomplywithanyrecallorrequestforrepair; (g) damageresultingfromtheuseoftheboatforanyracing,speed,commercialcompetitionorperformance

demonstration; (h) damageresultingfromuseoftheboatforrental,commercialorindustrialpurposes; (i) damagetohardwareandothercomponentsfastenedoradheredtothehull,deckorliner; (j) damagecausedbyfire,theft,freezing,vandalism,explosion,lightning,wind,hailstorms,floodingor

othernaturaldisaster;

(k) damagetoanycomponentpartsandaccessoriesnotmanufacturedbyMasterCraft,includingbutnot limitedto,theengine,drivetrain,transmission,propeller,shiftandthrottlecontrolleversandcables,pumps,blowers,windshields,canvas,upholstery,towerandaccessories,in-strumentationandsteeringsystems;however,suchitemsmaybewarrantedbytheindividualmanufacturer,andifpossible,MasterCraftwillprovidetheownerwithacopyofthemanufac-turer’swarranty:

(l) damagecausedbyuseofanynon-MasterCrafttrailer; (m) damage caused by improper support of the boat on davits, hoist system or boat lift of any

kind; (n) damagetopaints,varnishes,gelcoatsurfacesandcolors,chrome-platedoranodizedfinishes,

floorandfloorcoversandanyothersurfacecoatings,aswellasdamageduetoin-waterstoragewithoutproperbarriercoatandbottompaints(NOTE:AlthoughMasterCraftusesthehighest-gradegelcoatmaterials,aconditionmaydevelopwherethebottomoftheboatmayshowsignsofdiscolorationand/orblistersiftheboatisleftinthewaterforlongperiodsoftime,whichisdefinedasinexcessofthirty(30)days);therefore,aproperbarriercoatandbottompaintshouldbeusedwheneveritisanticipatedthattheboatwillbeleftinthewaterforanextendedperiodoftime);

(o) damagetothetraileranditspartsorcomponentsduetoabrasions,rockchips,rust,impropercareormaintenance,oruseinsaltorbrackishwater;however,thefinishesofgalvanizedtrail-ers,whicharedesignedforuseinsaltorbrackishwater,arewarrantedtobefreefromdamageresultingfromuseinsaltorbrackishwaterforone(1)yearfromthedateoftheoriginalretailpurchaseortheinitialuseofthetrailer,whicheverfirstoccurs;

(p) damagecausedbydealer-installedoptionsoraccessories; (q) damagecausedbyconsumer-installedoptionsoraccessories; and/or (r) allwarrantycoveragewillexpireafterninety(90)daysonboatsusedforcommercialpurposes.

5. LimitationofLiability.

5.1. LiabilityLimitation:ExclusionofConsequentialDamages.ThisLimitedWarranty is forthebenefitoftheownerandMasterCraft,andshallnotcreateorevidenceanyrightinanythirdparty.THEREPAIRORREPLACEMENTOFDEFECTIVECOMPONENTPARTSASPROVIDEDUNDERTHISLIMITEDWARRANTYISTHEEXCLUSIVEREMEDYOFTHECONSUMER.TOTHEMAXIMUMEXTENTPERMITTEDBYAPPLICABLELAW,INNOEVENTSHALLMASTER-CRAFTBELIABLEFORANYINCIDENTAL,CONSEQUENTIAL,SPECIAL,INDIRECT,PUNITIVEOREXEMPLARYDAMAGESORLOSTPROFITSWHATSOEVERARISINGOUTOFTHEUSEORINABILITYTOUSETHEBOATORANYCOMPONENTPARTTHEREOF,ORFORANYBREACHOF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF MASTERCRAFT HAS BEEN AD-VISEDOFTHEPOSSIBILITYOFSUCHDAMAGESORSUCHDAMAGESCOULDREASONABLYHAVEBEENFORESEENBYMASTERCRAFT.However,somestatesdonotallowtheexclusionorlimitationofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,sotheabovelimitationorexclusionmaynotapplytoyou.

5.2. PurchasePriceLimitation. Inanyevent,MasterCraft’sentire liabilityunderanyprovisionofthisLimitedWarrantyshallbelimitedtotherepairorreplacementoftheboat,trailerorcompo-nentpart,ortherefundofthepurchasepricepaidbytheconsumer for theboat, trailerorcomponentpartfound to be defective within the applicable warrantyperiod.ThisshallconstituteMasterCraft’ssoleliabilityandobligationintheeventofanyclaimarisingoutofitsperformanceornon-performanceofanyprovisionofthisLimitedWarranty.Becausesomestatesandju-risdictionsdonotallowtheexclusionor limitationofliability,theabovelimitationsmaynotapplytoyou.

6. TransferofLimitedWarranty.Uponthefirstsale,con-veyanceorothertransferoftheboatortrailerbytheorigi-nalretailpurchaser,anyremainingunexpiredLimitedWar-rantycoverageshallbetransferredtothesecondownerandshall remain in effect for the remainder of the applicablewarrantyperiod(s)setforthinSections2.1,2.2,2.3and2.4hereof(whichwarrantyperiodsbegintorunfromthedateoftheoriginalretailpurchaseoftheboatortrailer,orthe

first use of the boat or trailer, whichever first occurs, as applicable), upon delivery of the warrantytransfercardandpaymentoftheapplicablewarrantytransferfeetoMasterCraft.WithrespecttotheLifetimeLimitedWarranty(grantedonlytotheoriginalretailpurchaser)ontheStructuralCompo-nentssetforthinSection2.1hereof,ifthesale,conveyanceorothertransferoftheboatbytheoriginalretailpurchasertoanotherpersonorentityoccurswithinthree(3)yearsofthedateoftheoriginalretailpurchaseoftheboatbytheoriginalretailpurchaser,thentheLimitedWarrantyontheStructuralComponentsshallbetransferredtothesecondownerandshallcontinueineffectforaperiodoften(10)yearsfromthedateoftheoriginalretailpurchaseoftheboatbytheoriginalretailpurchaser.Ifthesale,transferorconveyanceoftheboatbytheoriginalretailpurchaseroccursmorethanthree(3)yearsafterthedateoftheoriginalretailpurchaseoftheboat,thentheLimitedWarrantyonStructuralComponents(aswellasallotherwarranties)shallbevoidasofthedateoftransferandshallnotbetransferabletothesecondowner.

Only one (1) transfer under the provisions of this Section 6(fromtheoriginalretailpurchasertothesecondowner),withintheapplicabletimeperiod,maybemade.Intheeventofasaleortransferoftheboatortrailerbyasecondownertoasubsequentpurchaser,allcoverageunderthisLimitedWarrantyshallimme-diatelybeterminatedandtheLimitedWarrantyshallbecomenullandvoid.NotransferofthisLimitedWarrantywilloperatetoex-tendthewarrantyperiodssetforthinSection2hereof.InordertoeffectuatethetransferoftheLimitedWarranty,theoriginalretailpurchaserandthenewownermustproperlyfilloutthewarrantytransfer card found in the back of the Owner’s Manual and de-liverthecompletedcard,togetherwithacheckmadepayableto“MasterCraftBoatCompany,LLC.”intheamountofthewarrantytransferfee,viaU.S.Mail,postageprepaid,toMasterCraftattheaddressshownonthewarrantytransfercard.Thecardandcheckfor the warranty transfer must be post-marked within the timeperiodspecifiedaboveinthisSection6inorderforthewarrantytransferfromtheoriginalretailpurchasertothesecondownertobeeffective.

7. Warranty Claims. In order to maintain warranty service under this Limited Warranty, the ownermustreturnthedefectiveboatorcomponentparttoanauthorizedMasterCraftdealer’sservicede-partment,ortoMasterCraft’sfactoryatthebelowaddress,withintheapplicablewarrantyperiod.ForquestionsregardingwarrantyserviceortoobtaininformationregardingwarrantyserviceortoobtaininformationregardingthenearestauthorizedMasterCraftdealer,pleasecontactMasterCraftatthefollowingaddressortelephonenumber:

SubjecttothetermsofthisLimitedWarranty,anycoveredboatorcomponentpartwithamaterialde-fectinmaterialsorworkmanshipthatisreturnedtoanauthorizedMasterCraftdealer’sservicedepart-mentorMasterCraft’s factoryduringtheappropriatewarrantyperiodwillberepairedorreplaced,atMasterCraft’ssoleoption,withoutchargetotheownerforpartsandlabor.Thisprovisionissubjecttothefollowingtermsandconditions:

(a) MasterCraftshallbeobligatedonlytorepairorreplacethoseitemsthatprovedefective,inMas-terCraft’ssolediscretion,uponexaminationbyaMasterCraftauthorizeddealerservicedepart-mentorMasterCraft’sownpersonnel,asapplicable;

(b) MasterCraftwarrantsitsrepairsorreplacementsonlyfortheremainderoftheapplicablewar-rantyperiod;

(c) MasterCraftshall,initssolediscretion,fulfillitsobligationtorepairorreplaceanydefectiveitematitsfactoryorauthorizedservicedepartment;

(d) Theownershallberesponsibleforallcostsassociatedwiththetransportationoftheboat,towingbills,trailerorcomponentpart(s)totheauthorizedMasterCraftservicedepartmentandforanyreturntransportation.

8. NoModificationofWarranty.Nooralorwritteninformation,adviceorcommunicationofanyna-turebyorfromMasterCraftoritsrepresentatives,employees,dealers,agents,distributorsorsuppliersshallcreateawarrantyorinanymannerincreaseormodifythescopeofthisLimitedWarrantyinanymannerwhatsoever.

Indmar Power Train Warranty

IndmarProductsCompany,Inc.,administerstheIndmarenginewarrantyonmarinepropulsionen-ginessoldbyit(the“product”):

A. Foraperiodofthirty-six(36)monthscommencingfromthedateofpurchaseorthedateofcommence-mentoftheproductuse,whicheveroccurssooner,inthecaseofnon-commercialuse.

B. Foraperiodofthree(3)monthscommencingfromthedateofpurchaseorthedateofcommencementoftheproductuse,whicheveroccurssooner,inthecaseofcommercialuse.

ThesearewarrantedonlyintheUnitedStates—excludingitsterritories.

A. PersonsApplicableThiswarrantyisextendedonlytotheoriginalretailpurchaser,exceptininstancesofatransfertothesecondowneronlyforafee.Warrantiesofanynaturetoanyotherpersonareherebyspecificallyexcluded.

B. ImpliedWarrantiesAllimpliedwarrantiesofmerchantabilityandfitnessfortheparticularpurposearespecificallylimitedindurationtotheforegoingperiodsofthislimitedwarranty.Somestatesdonotallowlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,sotheabovelimitationmaynotapplytoyou.

C. CoverageTheproductiswarrantedtobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipundernormaluseandserviceduringtheperiodofthisLimitedWarranty.Iftheproductordefectivepartthereofis,uponexamination,determinedtobethusdefective,MasterCraft(Indmar)shallrepairor,atitsoption,provideareplacementofequivalentquality(neworrebuilt,atitsoption).

D. ProcedureForwarrantyclaimstobeassertedhereunder,theproductorde-fective part thereof, together with a written notice of itemizeddefectsmustbereturnedtotheretailerfromwhomtheproductwaspurchasedortoanyotherconvenientIndmardealer.

Toobtainthelocationofanauthorizeddealerorservicecenterinyourarea,writetoIndmarrequestingsuchinformation.

IntheeventthatthelocalIndmardealerisunabletoremedyawar-rantydefectintheproduct,theproductordefectivepartthereof,together with a written notice of itemized defects, must be re-turnedtoIndmarwithfreightandinsurancechargespre-paid.

All insurance and freight charges for return by Indmar of theproduct(oritssubstitute)totheoriginalretailpurchasershallbepaidbytheoriginalretailpurchaser.

Expenses for labor incurred by Indmar in the repair of any war-rantedproductsshallbepaidbytheoriginalretailpurchasertotheextentthatsuchexpensesfor laborexceedthespecifiedserviceratesofIndmarmaybeobtainedfromanyauthorizedIndmardealer.

E.ConsequentialDamagesThiswarrantyshallnotextendtoconsequentialorincidentaldamagesorcostsincurredbytheoriginalretailpurchaser.Somestatesdonotallowtheexclusionorlimitationofincidentalorconsequentialdam-ages,sotheabovelimitationorexclusionmaynotapplytoyou.

F. TradeAccessoriesNowarrantyofanycharacterismadewithrespecttotradeaccessoriesnotmanufacturedbyIndmar.

G. VoidingWarrantyThiswarrantyisspecificallyvoidedandshallNOTapplyunderthefollowingconditions:

I. Whentheproductoranypartthereofissubjectedtoaccident,alteration,abuse,misuse,neglectorimpropermaintenance.II. Whentheproductisservicedbyunauthorizedpersons.III. Whendamagetotheproductresultsfromcausesnotarisingoutofdefectsinmaterialorwork-manship.

Indmardoesnotauthorizeanyperson,firmorcorporationtoalterthisLimitedWarrantyorcreateanyotherobligationrelatingtotheproduct.Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.

ILMOR MARINE, LLC, Limited Warranty 1. General.ILMORMarine,LLC(“ILMORMarine”)providesthislimitedwarrantytocustomerspurchas-ingaMasterCraftskiorwakeboardboatequippedwithanILMORMarineengineandpowertrainsystem(the“ILMORProducts”).Thiswarrantymaybetransferredtoasecondretailpurchaserforonlytheunusedportionofthewarranty.ILMORMarinemustbenotifiedinwritingatthetimethesecondpurchasertakespossession.Noticemustbesentto: ILMORMarine,LLC,186PenskeWay,Mooresville,NC28115,Attn:WarrantyDepartmentwithinfifteen(15)daysafterthesecondsale.Atthetimeofwarrantytransfer,ILM-ORmayrequireaninspectionoftheILMORProductsatanauthorizedMasterCraftdealerservicecenter,atthesecondpurchaser’sexpense,toverifytheconditionoftheILMORProducts.IfanyILMORProductscannotpassinspection,ILMORMarinemayrejectthetransferofthiswarranty.Anyapprovedtransferofthewarrantywillnotextendthewarrantyterm.

2. Warranty. Subject to all terms of this Limited ProductWarranty, ILMOR Marine represents that the ILMOR ProductswillconformtopublishedILMORProductSpecificationsandbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipundernormaluseandserviceduringthewarrantyperiodsetforthherein.

3. Warranty Term. The term of ILMOR Marine’s limitedwarranty is thirty-six (36) months. The warranty begins uponthedateofdeliveryoftheMasterCraftskiorwakeboardboatin-stalled with ILMOR Products to the original retail purchaser ofthatboat.IntheeventthattheMasterCraftskiorwakeboardboatispurchasedusedfromaMasterCraftDealerasademonstratoror boat show display, this warranty begins at the earlier of thedateofdeliveryorsuchtimeastheboatinstalledwiththeILMORProductsattainsmorethanone-hundredhoursofuse(regardlessofthesourceofsuchuse).

4. Warranty Exclusions. This warranty shall not apply todefectsordamagestotheILMORProductsasaresultofusefora

purposeorinamannerforwhichtheywerenotintended,whicharealteredinanyway,whicharenotmain-tainedinaccordancewithILMORMarinerecommendedmaintenancerequirementsorproceduresorwhicharesubjecttomisuse,negligence,accidentorneglect,orunreasonableexposuretotheenvironment,soastoaffectadverselythecondition,performanceorvalueofsuchitems.ILMORreservestherighttoretrievedatafromtheILMORProductsEngineControlModulepriortograntingwarrantycoverageandindetermin-ingwarrantyeligibility.ThiswarrantyshallonlyapplytoILMORProductspurchasedwithandinstalledinMasterCraftskiandwakeboardboats.Inaddition,thewarrantiesshallnotapplytodefectsordamagestotheILMORProductsasaresultof:

(a) Routine maintenance items, tune ups, adjustments, normal wear and tear, damage caused byabuse,abnormaluse,orfailuretocomplywithrequirementsorspecificationswithregardtoinstalla-tion,maintenance,startup,break-in,operationandsafety,bothatthetimeofdeliveryandthereafter;

(b) Neglect,accident,improperinstallation,improperser-vice,useofanenginetransmissionorotherpowertrainac-cessoryorengine,transmissionorotherpowertrainpartnotmanufacturedorsoldbyILMOR,operationwithfuels,oils,lubricantsorfiltrationsystemswhicharenotsuitableforusewiththeproductoralterationorremovalofpartsorcompo-nents;

(c) Use of the ILMOR Products with any product, compo-nent or part incorporated into the ILMOR Products that isnotmanufacturedbyILMORorprovidedforinILMORProd-uctSpecifications,includingtheuseofnon-ILMORspecifiedserviceparts,unlesssuchmodificationoruseofparts isre-questedandapprovedinadvancebyILMORinwriting;

(d) Engine,transmissionorotherpowertrainrepairorser-vicebyadealernotapprovedorauthorizedbyOEM;

(e) Damageduetoabuse,negligence,misuse,mishandling,theuseofimproper,poorqualityorcon-taminated fuelor lackofordilutionof lubricantsorfluidsorotheroperatingconditions, includingcausingexcessivewearduetousesforwhichtheproductswerenotoriginallydesigned;

(f) Incidentalandconsequentialdamages,including,butnotlimitedto,storagecharges,rentalcharg-es, inconvenience, loss of time or use, or loss of income. Some states do not allow the exclusion orlimitationofincidentalorconsequentialdamage,sotheabovelimitationorexclusionmaynotapplytoyou;

(g) Waterpumpimpellers,waterhoses,coolingsystemanodesoranycomponentdeterminedbyILM-ORtobearesultoffailureofsuchitems;

(h) CostoftransportingILMORProductsorthevessel inwhichsuchproductsare installedtoandfromdesignatedservicefacilitiesforwarrantyrepairandotherhaulout,launchortowingcharges;

(i) Oils,lubricants,fuels,orfluidsusedfornormalmaintenanceandshopsuppliessuchasfiltrationsystems;

(j) Defectstothestartermotor,armatures,orfieldcoilassemblydeterminedbyILMORtobecausedbyexcessivecranking,condensationorsubmersion;

(k) DefectsduetowaterenteringtheILMORProductsthroughtheintakeorexhaustsystemorasare-sultofsubmersionorlackofcoolingresultingfromenginestartingoutsideofthewaterorwithforeignmaterialsblockingintakepassages;

(l) AnyotherdamagestoILMORProductswhichILMORMarine,initssolediscretion,determinesarenottheresultofdefectsinILMORProductsmaterialandworkmanship;

(m) Damageresultingfromrunningaground;

(n) Damageresultingfromsand,debrisoranyforeignmaterialbeingdrawnintothewaterpumpandcomponents;

(o) Coststhatarerelatedtochanginggearratiosand/orthemodificationofanyothersystemtomeetaltituderequirementsorthechangingofsacrificialanodesand/orcoolingsystemcontentwhentrans-ferringvesselsbetweenfreshandsaltwateroperations;and

(p) Travel toor from theproductby servicingdealeror the transportationcostsof theproduct toandfromtheservicingdealer;anychargesfortowing,haul-out,launch,storage,fuelorlubricantus-age,premiumfreightcharges;anyexcessivetimeforremovalofboatpartitions,hatches,deckstogainnecessaryserviceaccesstoengine,transmission,orotherpowertrainpartorcomponent;or,anysub-sequentexpensesresultingfromthelossoftheuseofthevesseloritscomponents,lossofincome,orinconvenience.

SubmittingaWarrantyClaim1. AllclaimsmustbesubmittedviatheDealerLink.Thisnewsystemsignificantlyimprovestheprocessas

itwillnottakeaclaimthatismissingrequiredinformation.Thismeansthatclaimswillnotbedelayedorreturnedforcriticalinformation.Overall,thishasalreadyproventobeasignificantstepforwardinprocessingclaimsandcreditingdealershipaccountsonaquickerbasis.

• Submitclaimswithadequateinformationtoprocesstheclaim.Pleaseverifythatthesubmit-tedclaimiswell-documentedinthe“problemdescription”areainDealerLink.Documentationsuchas“R&R,repairandreplace,bad,failedorinoperable”isnotsufficientinformation.DealerLinkwillnotifythedealerifthereisnotenoughinformationtoprocesstheclaim.

3. Inordertoavoiddenialofaclaim,anyclaimrelatingtofiberglass,gelcoatorupholsterycomponentsmustmeetthefollowingcriteria:

• ThedealerwillcontactaMasterCraftwarrantyrepresentativeregardingtheissue.

• Thedealerwillsubmitaphotographandestimatetorepairforeachpartaffected.

• Pleaseprovidetheunit’sserialnumberandcustomernameatthetimeofcontactwiththeMasterCraftrepresentative.

• UponMasterCraft’sreceiptandreviewofthephotosandesti-mate,aMasterCraftwarrantyrepresentativewill contactyourdealership’sservicedepartmentandadvise.

• Uponapprovaloftheclaim,therepresentativewillprovidethedealerwithanauthorizationnumbertobereferenced intheclaim.

4. Allclaimsof$1,000ormorerequireapriorauthorizationnumberassignedbyawarrantytechnicalservicerepresentative.ApriorauthorizationnumbermaybeobtainedbycontactingMasterCraftwar-rantyat(877)240-1638.

5.AlldealerswillreceivenotificationviaDealerLinkiftheclaimhasbeenapproved,deniedorifpartshavebeencalledbacktoMasterCraftforinspection.

6.IftheclaimisapprovedandarequestforpartstobereturnedtoMasterCraftwasnotissued,thedealermustholdpart(s)for30days.Becausepartsarerequiredtobeheldfor30days,Mas-terCraftmayrequestpartsevenifyouhavealreadybeenpaidforthem.

7. After the claim has been processed the dealer has 30 daystopetitionthedecision.Ifnopetitionisreceivedwithin30days,theclaimisfinalized.

8. IfMasterCraftrequeststhedealertosendthewarrantypart(s)forinspection,acalltagwillbeissuedtothedealerviae-mail.Atthatpoint,dealershipswillneedtofollowaprocedureoutlinedbelow.

9.MasterCraftreservestherighttodebitthedealerwithin30daysifthepartisnotcoveredunderwarranty.

NOTE:Manypoliciesimplementedoverthepastfewyearsaretheresultofrequirementsestablishedbysuppliersandvendors.

NOTE: All parts requested for return by MasterCraft warranty will be returned via UPS unless the carton size exceeds UPS limitations. In instances of over-sized returns, the warranty department will complete a MasterCraft Bill of Lading form. This form MUST accompany the part(s) being returned. The MasterCraft driver will not accept a warranty return without the form. If a MasterCraft truck will not be available at your dealership within 10 days of receipt of the Bill of Lading, call 1-800-874-4723 and ship the part FedEx Freight Collect. If the return is by a commercial carrier, still attach the return bill of lading in order to have the part(s) accepted with it/them upon ar-rival at the factory.

2. Ifaparthasnotbeenreceivedwithin10daysofthecalltagissuancetothedealer,DealerLinkwillnotifythedealerviae-mailasareminderthatonly10daysremaintoreturnthepart.Againat5days,andre-peatedlyeachdayuntiltheduedate,e-mailwillbesent.Dealershipswillbenotifiedwhentheexpirationdatearrivesandtheclaimisdeniedduetofailuretoreturnthepart.

5. Packagethepart(s)appropriately.Ifthepartisdamagedasaresultofpoorpackaging,theclaimwillbedenied.AffixtheUPScalltagtothebox.Ifthecalltagdoesnotmatchtheclaimnumberandpartinthebox,theclaimwillbedenied.

6. Uponreceiptofthepart,MasterCraftwillcreditthedealerwithintwo(2)businessdays.(Thisin-cludesPowertrainclaims.)

7. MasterCraftreservestherighttodebitthedealerwithin30daysininstanceswherethepartisfoundtonotbecoveredunderwarrantyaftertestingandinspection.

8. Onoccasion,acompanyrepresentativemayaudityourwar-rantyparts. Ifyouhave failed to tagparts forwhichclaimsweresubmitted,youwillbedebitedforwarrantyclaimpay-ments. The dealer will be required to provide a copy of thedealership’sworkorderwithvalidcustomernames,addressesandphonenumberstoverifywarrantyclaims.

9. Afteraclaimhasbeenprocessed,thedealerhas30daystopetitionadecision.

Importantfactorstoremember:• DealersareresponsiblefornotifyingaMasterCraftwarranty

representativeofanychangesine-mailaddresses.FailuretonotifyMasterCraftofanye-mailaddresschangewillresultinyourdealershipnotreceivingelectronicUPScalltagsorclaimnotificationstatus(i.e.,approved,denied,etc.),whichalsore-sultsinadenialofyourclaim.

• Dealerships are required to notify MasterCraft within threedaysifacalltagisnotreceived.

• Dealerships must notify MasterCraft of any Internet prob-lemsthatcouldcauseadelayinadealershipreceivingcalltagsorclaimstatusnotification.

2011 Warranty Reimbursement Labor Rate

Inconjunctionwiththe2011modelyearwehavearevisedandsimplifiedapproachtowarrantylaborratereimbursement.Alldealershipswillreceiveeither$36perhouror100%ofpostedshoprate.Toqualifyforthehigherrate,itwillbenecessaryforyourdealershiptomeetthefollowingrequirements:• Have at least one (1) fulltime technician with 10 training credits on staff throughout the reporting

period.NOTE: Technician credits are valid for a period of five years. If a dealership is combining credits from multiple technicians, the requirement is calculated over a period of five rolling years.
