    Head Coach,John HarbaughPro Career: John Harbaugh was hired asthe third head coach in Baltimore Ravenshistory on January 19, 2008. In three fullseasons, Baltimore earned three consec-utive postseason appearances for the firsttime. In 2010, after compiling a 12-4 reg-ular season mark, Harbaugh became thefirst coach in NFL history to win a playoffgame in each of his first three seasonswhen the Ravens captured a Wild Cardwin at Kansas City. With that victory,Baltimore also became the only team towin at least one playoff game in each ofthe past three seasons. During the 2009campaign, Harbaughs Ravens posted a9-7 regular season record prior to earninga Wild Card victory at New England. In2008, his initial campaign with the team,Harbaugh led Baltimore to an 11-5 recordand a berth in the AFC Championshipgame. Baltimore set an NFL record thatseason for most total wins (13) by a teamwith both a rookie head coach and a rook-ie starting quarterback (Joe Flacco).Under Harbaugh, the Ravens three play-off defeats have all come at the hands of teams that represented the AFC in eachseasons respective Super Bowl.Harbaugh spent his first 10 NFL seasons(1998-2007) with the Philadelphia Eagles.He was the teams secondary coach in2007, after nine seasons as its special teams coordinator.
