AUMA has a highly trained staff of factory technicians able to perform many types of repairs or retrofits in a short time frame if required.
We have the latest in test equipment and access to a world wide parts network.
Engineering support is available for special applications.

Many of the same services preformed in the factory are also available on site and can be scheduled on short notice when required.
AUMA has offices throughout the world that are ready to respond to the global market place that we sell in today.

Process field modifications for new drawings and data sheets
When modifications are done by the
representatives service people they
should submit a field modification
report which can be obtained from the
rep site area on the AUMA website.
The details of the changes made by
your service people along with the
serial numbers of the units modified
should be included.

AUMA has trained personnel available at three factory service locations in the USA ready to support you in your troubleshooting needs.
Our service support personnel can assist you with drawing and data sheet updates.
These offices on located in Canonsburg PA. Tustin CA. and our newest office in Houston TX.
The Canonsburg PA location also has an after hours answer service available so a customer can arrange to talk to a qualified technician or schedule emergency site service.

Many of the things you need on a daily basis are available on the AUMA websites.
Drawings and data sheets can be obtained by logging into the representative area at http://www.auma-usa.com/. All you need in the case of a unit built in the USA is the SO # ( sales order number).
If the unit has a commission number the data sheet can be obtained from the parent company website at http://www.auma.com

actuator and controls set up and
commissioning of the AUMA product to
advanced actuator and controls
troubleshooting and setup.
Schedules are posted on the AUMA USA
website with dates and locations of the
training sessions.
