NEW 2011 PROCESS FOR REGISTERING AIA CREDITS...NEW 2011 PROCESS FOR REGISTERING AIA CREDITS...

Beginning in January 2011, the AIA will no longer accept Attendance FORM B via fax or email. All presentations requiring CEU credit will need to be logged on their new system CES DISCOVERY.

HOW ARE YOU EFFECTED?

You can no longer fax, email, or mail AIA FORM B attendance records.

After hosting a course, all attendees must be recorded on the new online system. No CEU credits will be issued unless they are recorded online.

NEW PROCESS? This document will detail all the steps of awarding AIA credits.

If you have questions about the process, or need help, contact:

Form B? You should still bring the Form B Attendance sheet to your presentation.

It is critical that you capture the attendee information— Name, Member Number, and Course Program Number so that credits can be distributed.
