1. What do you see as the 3 most important issues facing FCPS in the next four years?

2. Briefly highlight your career and volunteer experiences not necessarily limited to

3. What in your opinion are the most important factors in raising the achievement ofunderachieving students?

4. The 2011 Budget for Fairfax County Public Schools is larger than the general fund of 5states. How would you go about setting budge priorities?

5. What is your view of the purpose of Public Education?

6. What are your ideas on recruiting, retaining and supporting good teachers in Fairfax

County?

7. What are your key objectives to accomplish if elected?

8. How do you plan on staying connected with students, parents, teachers and the community

at large?

9. Do you currently or have you in the past had children attending Fairfax County PublicSchools?

10. In your opinion, what steps should the School Board take to assure that FCPS graduates arebest prepared to enter the 21st century workplace?
