April June 2009: VE recommendations analyzed

June 2009: Most promising VE recommendations combined for further analyses

June 2009 May 2010: Refined preferred VE combination solution with City Staff

May 2010: Solution determined; full analysis complete

June 2010: Revised Design solution agreed upon by all

November 2010 FHWA Approved Revised Design Concept (I-4 SAMR Update)
