    In Section 4 of the I-4 DesignProject, Consultant identified theclosely spaced signals at theproposed SUL (Special Use Lane)interchange at South Street would

    result in significant delays indowntown Orlando, and trafficbackups along the SUL ramps toand from I-4.

    April June 2009: VE recommendations analyzed

    June 2009: Most promising VE recommendations combined for further analyses

    June 2009 May 2010: Refined preferred VE combination solution with City Staff
