Welcome to the Beta Mu Chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha. Pi Kappa Alpha is celebrating its 93rd year at The University of Texas at Austin in 2013. Beta Mu has just completed an eventful spring semester including initiating eight spring pledges, which brings our membership to 138 members. Pike academic rankings continue to be amongst the highest within the Greek system, Pikes enjoy leadership positions in campus organizations like Texas Cowboys and Silver Spurs, our philanthropic commitment is continuously expanding, and we possess solid support from alumni. Academics remain a priority at the Pike House. Our brothers’ overall University-tabulated GPAs rank 7th amongst the 22 IFC fraternities following the Fall 2013 semester, with an overall chapter GPA of 3.189. This solid academic performance again earned Beta Mu the “Scholarship Award” from the International Pike Fraternity’s summer meeting. Additionally at the Pike National Convention, we received the top award for alumni relations in the country, the real estate award for updates to our house last year, and the one-hundred man chapter award.

THE PIKE VISIONPi Kappa Alpha will set the standard of integrity, intellect, and achievement for our

members, host institutions, and the communities in which we live.
