     elcome to the Disney DeluxeDining Plan, which offers a convenient and affordable way toenjoy snacks and meals throughout the Walt Disney World ®  Resortincluding many located in the Downtown Disney ® area. That meanlots of great dining opportunities for you and your family.This brochure outlines the details of what is included and how to the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan.

    Number of Meals During Your Package StayThe Disney Deluxe Dining Plan includes three (3) Meals and two (2Snacks per person, per night of your package stay for everyone in party ages 3 and over. The plan also includes one (1) Resort refilladrink mug per person, that is valid for the length of your stay(eligible for refills at Quick-Service locationsonly in your DisneResort  hotel).

    Using Your Mealse  You can redeem more than your allotted meals or snacks per day

    if you wish, until your total number of meal/snack entitlements adepleted.

    e  All unused meals and snacks and the ability to use your Resorrefillable mug expire at midnight on your package reservationcheckout date.

    Finding Dining and Snacks Locationse  Most of the restaurant locations in Disney Theme Parks, Disney

    Water Parks, the Downtown Disney ® area and Disney Value,Moderate, Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resort hotels accept the DisDeluxe Dining Plan (please see a list of participating restaurabeginning on page 3).

    e  You can also find plenty of locations where you can redeem you

    Snacks - just look for this symbol on the menu boards at

    Quick-Service restaurants, most outdoor food carts and selectmerchandise locations to identify what is eligible as a Snack.

    e  Please Note: Certain items are not included in the Disney Delu

    Dining Plan such as:

    • Alcoholic Beverages

    • Items that are more than a single serving (such as a box of

    doughnuts or a jar of peanut butter)

    • Items (such as popcorn or drinks) that are served in a Souve

    Container

    • Items that are sold from Recreation Rental Counters

    • Items that are considered Merchandise (such as Bottle Topp

    Glow Cubes and Bottle Straps)• Special Dining Events with special menus offered at certain

    Redeeming Your Mealse  Present your Key to the World card to the server or cashier at the

    time a meal or snack is purchased and specify the number ofmeals or snacks being redeemed for Guests ages 10+ on yourDisney Deluxe Dining Plan and the number of meals or snacks beredeemed for Guests ages 3-9 on your Disney Deluxe Dining Plan

    e  Guests ages 3-9 must order from a children’s menu where availa

    e  Gratuities are not included except at Dinner Shows, PrivateIn-Room Dining and Cinderella’s Royal Table.

    • An additional form of payment is needed if you add a gratuity ahave not provided a credit card at check-in to charge incidentaand other expenses to your room.

    • An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to your bill forparties of 6 or more.

    • An automatic gratuity charge may also be added to your bill foitems you order that are not included in the Disney Deluxe DiniPlan (e.g. alchoholic beverages).

    Tracking Your Mealse  Your meal usage will be tracked electronically to your package

    reservation.

    one of their meal entitlements each:

    e  After you dine, your party’s remaining entitlements will be printedthe receipt.

    e  You can also contact your hotel concierge at any time for your meplan balance.

    Healthy Food Optionse  Disney is committed to offering a wide range of options for you a

    your family. We offer menu selections for all of our Guests, includchildren, seeking well-balanced meals, snacks and beveragesas well as those with lifestyle dining requests or special dietaryrequests. Guests should notate any special dietary requests at thtime of booking their dining reservation. Guests may also speak wa chef or manager upon arrival at the dining location.

    Q. Can I use my Disney Deluxe Dining Plan to redeem meals for friends or familymembers who are not included in my reservation or have not purchased a Disneydining plan?

    A. Sorry, you may not use your Disney Deluxe Dining Plan to redeem meals for friendsor family members who are not included in your reservation or have not purchased aDisney dining plan.

    Q. Are reservations required?A. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Our Table-Service restaurants,

    Character Dining, Signature Restaurants and Dinner Shows book quickly and therestaurant and seating of your choice may be limited or may not be available during yourvisit. Please make reservations online at disneyworld.com/dining or by calling

    menus offer healthy options in addition to kid favorites. The Disney Deluxe Dining Plan isunavailable for Guests under the age of 3, but they may share from an adult plate at nocharge, or a meal may be purchased from the menu. The price of the meal will be addedto your bill.

    Q. Must I use exactly 3 Meals and 2 Snacks each night of my package stay?A. No, for maximum flexibility, meal entitlements can be used whenever you like during yourpackage stay. For example, one night you may wish to hold off using a meal and then thefollowing night use 2 meals to dine at a Signature Restaurant or Dinner Show (subject toavailability).

    Q. Are gratuities included?A. No, gratuities are not included unless otherwise indicated. An 18% gratuity will be added

    automatically for parties of 6 or more.

    Q. How will I be able to keep track of the number of meals used?A. After you dine, your party’s remaining entitlements will be printed on the receipt. You can

    also stop by the Concierge of your hotel for a complete printout of meals used/available.
