    LEARN TO SWIMLEVEL 1 - INTRODUCTION TO WATER SKILLS

    For the beginner who is comfortable in the water. Swimmers learn ba

    of swimming: bobbing, going under water, supported front and

    PRESCHOOL SWIMMINGPARENT & CHILD

    Designed to give young children a head start on swimming, to get

    comfortable in the water and begin to work on basic skills while interacting

    with instructor and other children in a fun and safe environment. Parents

    and children learn together to increase a childs comfort level in the waterand build a foundation of basic skills, such as arm and leg movements

    and breath control. Lessons are fun-lled and help introduce water safety

    concepts, encouraging a healthy recreational habit that your entire family

    can enjoy. Ages 6 months to 3 years.

    AQUATIC EXERCISEAI CHI

    Ai Chi is a water-based total body strengthening and relaxa

    progression that bridges East and West philosophies, and integr

    mental, physical, and spiritual energy. It combines Tai-Chi concepts

    Shiatsu and Watsu techniques, and is performed standing in shoul

    depth water using a combination of deep breathing and slow, b

    movements of the arms, legs, and torso. The Ai Chi progression m

    from simple breathing, to the incorporation of upper-extremity, tr

    lower-extremity, and nally total body involvement. A perfect relaxa

    technique for highly stressed, over-challenged clients, and is idea

    creating improved range of motion and mobility.

    yards, sidestroke 10 yards, tread water for 3 minutes, and dive. Swimmers

    will work on: All six strokes, front and back crawl ip turn, breaststroke

    turn, breaststroke speed turn and pullout, buttery turn, sidestroke turn,

    pike and tuck surface dive, pike and tuck dive from board, tread water for

    ve minutes, and basic water rescue. Ages 6 - 12 years.

    COMPETITIVE SWIM LESSONS

    Learn the skills needed to be a competitive swimmer. This program is

    ability to complete Level 5 or 6 of the Learn to Swim Program and/or

    ability to swim front crawl 50 yards, back crawl 50 yards, breaststroke 25

    yards, and buttery 15 yards. Goggles and swim cap required.

    Waterworks is a low-impact workout that is fun, challenging,

    effective. It gives you the benets of both aerobic exercise and stre

    training. This class utilizes dumbbells, kick boards, and is taught in

    Exercise Pool.

    sequence of movements. The Secret Yang Long Form is a form taught
