After13 the13 initial13 paperwork13 has13 been13 completed13 the13 resident13 will13 receive13 a13 key13 to13 hisher13 room13 along13 with13 a13 Room13 Condition13 Report13 (RCR)13 13

It13 is13 the13 responsibility13 of13 the13 resident13 to13 review13 the13 condition13 of13 the13 assigned13 room13 and13 inform13 the13 staff13 of13 any13 issues13 heshe13 finds13 within13 4813 hours13 of13 check-shy‐in13 The13 RCR13 officially13 documents13 the13 condition13 of13 the13 room13 at13 check-shy‐in13 Failure13 to13 complete13 the13 RCR13 will13 result13 in13 the13 resident13 being13 responsible13 for13 all13 damages13 assessed13 at13 check13 out13
