COURSE OVERVIEW
The course is aimed at creating a practical understanding about the Organizational change and Development process. This course will focus on issues on how HR function can create insight and competencies for initiating and facilitating change in organizations.
Learning Objectives:
1. To make students conversant with the concepts of Organizational change and Development (MA, MB)
2. Understand how interventions are developed and applied in organizations in order to drive business performance. (MA, MB)
3. Develop insight and competencies for initiating and facilitating change in organizations (MC)
