Contemporary Leadership Theories

• You, the participant, will be able to examine and create a conceptual model and relationship between Transformational leadership and creative performance.
• You, the participant, will be able to use both theory and application to reference your TTL Assessment Report outcome to determine your personal contemporary leadership traits.
