Agreement Information
All team numbesr are the expected number of attending teams. These numbers may vary at the actual event.
1 spot is a 10x10' space. Special permission from a Director is required for any other size.
Set Up will be between 12-3PM on Friday or 6-7am Saturday.
No refunds will be given.
Generators are not allowed at certain events, contact [email protected] before using a generator.
Water is not provided.
Tables, tents and chairs are not provided.
Your name will appear on the App for the respective tournament
Vendor placement is decided by the event coordinators.
Phototgraphy of the event is allowed only by contracted Vendors.
Event coordinators reserve the right to accept or decline Vendor applications.
The tournament may take pictures/video of your Vendor set up at the event.
Equipment vendors may only sell Brine/Warrior equipment.
Vendor must report daily revenue.
