2015 Fall Leaf Pickup Schedule
The following schedule has been setup to provide fall leaf pickup for residents of the City of Waupaca:
Ward 1 & 8 Week of October 19th – October 23rd Ward 5 & 10 Week of October 26th – October 30th Ward 4 & 6 Week of November 2nd –November 6th
Ward 2 & 7 Week of November 9th – November 13th
Ward 3 & 9 & 11 Week of November 16th – November 20th
After this schedule is done-we will start from the beginning again and go thru the City in the same or-der, until done. Please comply with the following requirements:
DO NOT include sticks, twigs or branches
DO NOT bag your leaves
KEEP LEAVES IN TERRACE AREAS OR ON GRASSY AREAS. NOT IN THE ROADWAY!
Absolutely NO BRUSH of ANY SORT
Please have your leaves on the curb or edge of yard on or before the Monday morning of your respective week. Crews will begin early in the morning creating some noise. To learn which ward you are in, visit our website at www.cityofwaupaca.org.

Monday thru Friday 7:30 am—4:00 pm
OVERNIGHT PARKING PERMITS City of Waupaca ordinance requires anyone parking in the
public parking lots between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00
a.m. to purchase a parking permit. The permits are valid
for one year, starting September 1 and ending September
30th of the following year. The cost of the permit is $120.00
for the year. Please stop at City Hall, located at 111 S.
Main St., Waupaca, to fill out the application & obtain the

DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER UTILITY BILLS AND CITY OF WAUPACA INVOICES
Water and Sewer Utility services that have been furnished prior to September 1, 2015 are subject to
a levy on the tax roll, in accordance with the Wisconsin Statute 66.0809. Letters will be sent out mid
October for all unpaid bills that need to be paid in accordance with the State Statue listed above. If

Unpaid invoices for snow removal and weed cutting are also subject to placement on the tax roll.
Letters will be sent mid October for all outstanding charges.
