WASHINGTON, DCOur sale of the historic Patterson Mansion on Dupont Circle for $20.0M was the highest sale in 2014 for the Washington Metropolitan region. In 2013 and 2014, TTR Sotheby’s International Realty proudly represented the most expensive sales of condominiums in Washington, DC. Additionally, we topped local neighborhoods with the highest priced sales in Downtown, Massachusetts Avenue Heights, and Logan Circle in 2014.

MARYLANDOur 2014 sale of an important Severna Park estate for $6.8M is the highest residential sale ever in Anne Arundel County. Our 2014 sale, of a penthouse condominium at the Parc Somerset in Chevy Chase, Maryland represents the highest sale ever of a condominium in the Washington Metropolitan region. We consistently represent numerous important and significant sales of residential property throughout Chevy Chase, Bethesda, and Potomac.

VIRGINIAOur most significant sale in 2014, and the highest priced sale in Northern Virginia, was the historic River View estate, part of George Washington’s original estate, for $18.6M. In 2014, we represented the seller and purchaser of the highest sale in Arlington at the Waterview Residences. We also represented the highest sale of a Historic Home in Old Town Alexandria in 2014.
