Dear Members and Friends,

This year was exceptionally exciting and busy. The final phase of the

York Jewish Community Center’s expansion and renovation project

has been completed, and we continue to thrive and grow both

programmatically and fiscally.

Our expanded and renovated facility has resulted in:

• Membership growth of nearly 20%;

• New classroom and programming space in our full-day child care

program allowing us to enroll more than 40 additional children; and

• New and innovative fitness classes added to the group fitness

schedules.

Through our dedicated staff, lay leadership, and volunteers, we

continue to provide the most exceptional programs and services that

create meaningful memories and connections, which allow us to be an

exceptional place of belonging.

We must recognize those of you who volunteered your time or money

to ensure the JCC’s future. Your support of all of our wonderful

programs is essential to keep the daily activities up and running.

Community support also guarantees that we have the resources

available to continue to improve all of our services and facilities while

ensuring the JCC will be here for many more generations.

The following pages describe some of the past year’s

accomplishments. These are truly only a fraction of the activities,

programs and events that take place at the JCC every day of the year.

This next year will be just as exciting as we look forward to working

with a new CEO who will lead us into the next chapter in the York

JCC’s history.

We are grateful for the generous, compassionate support of our

members and contributors. The JCC is here for you, and it is here

because of you. Thank you for being a friend and supporter of our JCC.

The JCC gratefully acknowledges the following individuals, companies, organizations and foundations for their support of our many programs and offerings. Membership dues are not enough to maintain the excellent programming we enjoy, maintain the building we love, and serve the community. Donor support dollars bridge the gap and we thank the following people for contributing to the success of the JCC.
