Curriculum vitae
10. Present position: Director of LeenaTech Statistics and information solutions
11. Key qualifications: (Relevant to the project)
Mr. Moharram is a leading expert and consultant in developing, testing, implementing, and technically documenting state of the art database systems on national levels in transport, education, defence, environment and health.
He has a proven track record in leading teams of professionals delivering system design development and implementation supervision
His international work experience ranges from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Luxemburg, Germany, Ghana, South Korea, and Austria.
His national and international experiences ranged from big organizations (like GE, Philips, AFPA, Agfa, Siemens) to public sector organizations (Ministries, Transport Authorities, Governments, Delegations, WHO, UNODC, Universities, Research institutes, Defence Industries Organizations) with different natures, and challenging objectives.
He developed/tested/implemented state of the art database systems for river transport with focus on multi-modal transport with online statistical reporting and authorities-based multi-agency data entry (sourcing) and reporting.
He has led teams for software and statistical-oriented database development, testing, implementations, and optimization since 1994.
He has a long Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) experience as the Head of Software Engineering Process Group in many software companies. (For software production quality assurance)
International Expert in statistical-oriented database design / development / Database IO-UI (CRUD) development including web services / security / authorities’ development, testing and implementation.
He has a very good fail-proof KPIs formulation and validation experience (for both software-development life cycle, and software quality assurance, and for other environments as well)
He has a Masters in Genetic Algorithms (one of the non-deterministic techniques which are replacing standard statistics for Decision Support Systems in non-structured environments, or when some critical observations are not collected in the suitable frequency)
Research and Development team management for real-life systems and prototypes.
He designed, developed and implemented a statistical-based behaviour analysis/detection/and prediction of nuclear fission in soil and other natural environments. Many papers were published were based on its results.
He managed the full SDLC of analysis, designing and development of a statistical-based calculator for stock-market portfolio management.
He developed Statistical-based algorithms, and implemented them in more than 800 factories over 6 years for machinery faults detection and real-time corrections in CAD/CAM Embroidery (Egypt, and Syria)
He developed a especial search engine for applications with Arabic text to consider common Arabic variances of text writing and common mistakes in data entry. This is very important for national systems dealing with millions of records which are required to be cleansed from time to time, and for avoiding database record redundancies caused by data entry. This greatly enhances statistical reports and reduces (to a great extent) the data marked as “unknown” in huge-data aggregated statistical reports. This module was proved to be very important and useful for data entry quality assurance especially in

public sector organizations like Health Insurance Organization (HIO) which had a database of over 17 million beneficiaries.
He developed the web-based statistical cube presenter. A utility that software developers can use to view data in a cube format over the internet relatively fast. The cube control is .Net based, and is used by many developers in ERP systems nowadays. The cube offers end users the slice and dice decision support capabilities.

Austria, Luxemburg
Correxa – Austria, Luxemburg
Senior Artificial Intelligence Expert
Correxa Intelligent Mobile Sensors’ Networks Swarm Clustering Algorithm:Developing the algorithms and directing the development of real-life implementations of AI-based mobile sensor network clustering algorithm for Tsunami early detection. Mobile Sensors Networks were adopted by an outstanding project to protect the world from future Tsunamis. These MSN devices have many sensors to collect data, do the statistical calculations, and transmit statistical data to other network members (sourcing). Because long-distance communications consume much power, MSNs need to communicate in a smart way to make most communications short-distance. Mr. Moharram developed a new clustering algorithm that can survive in real live. Its objective was to select the best communication map to allow collecting raw data and applying statistical calculations before passing them to the next cluster, till the final full data is delivered to a base station with the least possible power overall network power consumptions.
2010-2011
South Korea
Correxa – South Korea Senior Artificial Intelligence Expert
Correxa IMSN protection against power-draining attacks:Because mobile sensors’ networks devices work remotely, and because some missions are critical and may involve enemies trials to go by the sensors without being caught, IMSN in such environments could be subject to hijacking, or power draining attacks. Mr. Moharram developed the Early-Rejection handshaking secure algorithm which was designed to allow devices protect themselves against such vulnerabilities. The algorithm used state-full statistical data to make quick decisions on passing messages or blocking them.

MAGRABI Optical Project ManagerAnd Solution Architect
MAGRABI database monitoring, protection, and alarming against malicious database modifications:He developed and led the development and implementation teams to build a new mechanism to monitor users’ modifications to the database on specific data fields. The objective was to secure the organization database system and to report incidents of

arbitrary malicious modifications both online and offline. The team included highly qualifies cryptography engineers, communications engineers, financial auditor, and organization key staff members of course. The main challenge was to do all these processing-consuming activities without affecting the already existing system overall performance, and to make sure that this monitoring mechanism cannot be predicted, and finally to allow this process to take place in far districts which can be off line for several days.
