    Position ASSISTANT MANAGER ACADEMICS cum LECTURER Period February 2014 to Present Place Thames College of Further and Higher Education (Pvt) Ltd.

    Conducting orientation, training, seminars and career guidance; Provide support and guidance to academic trainees; conducting interviews, training, performance evaluation, and promotion as well as termination activities for the academic and non academic staffs; Collaborate with foreign partner universities and professional bodies to conduct new student workshops; Assist in selecting right student leaders; Assist in managing schedule, student payroll, rooms and instructional supplies for workshops and other study programs; Develop and manage comprehensive academic support program; Provide guidance to students on academic goals and educational issues; Assist students on course selection, study habits and career selection; Prepare and maintain student records according to administrative regulations; Work with parents, Lecturers and counselors to address students' behavioral, academic, and other problems; Assist in updating lesson content and instruction methodology; Assist in development of training modules and programs; Coordinate with Lecturers, foreign universities and professional bodies to develop lesson plans and materials. Responsible for the entire academic operations. Subjects under taken are Business Research, Essential Finance and Operational Finance.     Position : ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER (Overseas Operations) Period : May 2013 to January 2014 Place : Grandtree Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. Duties

    Supervising the overseas corporate offices and responsible for the implementation as well as the execution processes of each and every new & ongoing projects. Under the direction of the Project Manager support the project team members to complete their work assignments and helping by providing insight direction on the process.

    Position : ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER Period : August 2010 to May 2013 Place : Unipack Technology Services(Pvt) Ltd. Duties

    ABOUT ME

    I work hard to find an appropriate mechanism at office in order to lay down a map of work chart with the objective of minimizing the work chain, reduce the dependency on others, and reduce unwanted documentation processes by using the automated technology systems and to minimize the work errors by the process of rectification. I am able to complete my tasks prior to office hours in order to ensure the effective time management and utilize the leisure hours to engage myself in further operational activities other than my job description with the intention of enhancing my skills in various departmental activities. I always try to help others achieve their best. I have worked on several team projects, serving as both a member and team leader.
